Hola La comunicación no fue todo lo ágil que me esperaba del servicio. Estaba en el extranjero y la comunicación por mail era muy lenta y sufrió errores ya que me modificaron la reserva para un día que no era y casi cuando llegué de madrugada me quedó sin coche Gracias
My main problem was lack of any signage at the car park. We drove round the block for ages. The entry is almost invisible. After that the staff were fine aND PICK UP AT THE AIRPORT FINE. Staff were quick at responsing to phone calls.
