Important information
At BipBip Parking you will enjoy a highly exclusive parking service with family treatment. BipBip Parking, located less than 10 minutes from Madrid-Barajas airport, offers you outdoor parking spaces with a shuttle service (transfer) in all airport terminals (T1, T2 or T4). Simply drive to the BipBip Parking facilities, leave your car and a driver will take you to the Madrid-Barajas Airport departures terminal. During your trip your car will be safe at the BipBip Parking facilities.
To park with the BipBip Parking shuttle service, drive directly to Calle Zaorejas located next to the Madrid-Barajas Airport. You can use Google maps but you can also use the route planner in this email. Once there, enter the premises and follow the instructions of one of the employees. Then you will be transferred to the departure terminal T1, T2 or T4 of the Madrid Barajas Airport.
When you return from your trip, when you have your luggage, call the number you find in your confirmation email to request the collection. Go to the point indicated and the driver will come to pick you up in the transfer minibus.
Modifications with less than 24 hours notice: for changes made less than 24 hours in advance, contact the car park directly by calling the number indicated in this email.
In case of unjustified changes in the time of collection or return of the vehicle, the car park may charge an additional surcharge according to its rates

Todo correcto. No nos cobraron suplemento pese al retraso de nuestro vuelo de vuelta.
Te desplazan rápidamente hasta todos los terminales que hay en el aeropuerto, parking facil de encontrar, con asfalto moderno, muy seguro y con personal amable.
Comenzamos nuestro viaje y estábamos contentos, nos dejaron en la T2 a las 5 de la mañana, todo perfecto. A la vuelta, cuando ya estábamos en la puerta donde nos habían dejado exactamente, llamamos para indicar que ya estábamos allí. A los 10 min más o menos, vemos una furgoneta al otro lado, un carril más allá de donde esgabamos y un señor haciendo aspavientos, venía a por nosotros, sin decir nada, cruzamos la carretera y empezó a meternos prisa para subir porque supuestamente no estábamos donde nos tenían que recoger, en ese mismo momento me llaman desde el propio parking para decirme que su compañero está allí y nosotros no estabamos, MENTIRA. Pues no tardamos ni un minuto en cruzar. Al montarnos en la furgoneta, salió de forma desmesurada, sin tener en cuanta que viajábamos con dos bebés, los cuales aún estaban sin atar y las dos mamás estábamos de pie intentado abrocharlos. Le tuvimos que decir que por favor parase que no eran formas y que íbamos con bebés. Resulta... Que tienes que ser adivino.. y es que a nosotros a las 5 de la mañana nos dejaron en el carril de bus y taxi, y al recogernos a las 17 lo hacían en el carril de más allá, un carril más allá, es el que supuso que tardasemos un minuto en cruzar porque estabamos atentos y es el que produjo un trato al cliente nefasto y por supuesto un desagrado por nuestra parte. Aconsejo al grupo de trabajadores, que toda esa información que ustedes dan por hecho, lo hagan saber a los clientes, porque hay gente que va de nuevas como nosotros que no lo sabíamos y que probablemente haga que no volvamos a confiar en ustedes. Es verdad que solo fue el hombre que nos recogió el que hizo que nuestra experiencia fuese mala. Los demás trabajadores correctos.

Les pedimos disculpas. Vamos a indagar para entender que ha ocurrido aquel dia. Aunque haya sido en concreto un solo conductor que les ha atendido de mala manera nos afecta a todo el grupo, buscaremos la manera de arreglarlo y evitar que en el futuro vuelva a ocurrir. Muchas gracias por dejarnos la reseña. Esperamos volverles a ver por aqui.Todo muy bien excepto el chico del mostrador. Bastante antipático y desagradable.
