Important information
Service to terminals T4, T2 and T1. Transfers between the hotel and the airport are scheduled, please choose the time that best suits you from the following: 03:30, 04:15, 05:00, 05:45, 06:30, 07:00, 07:45, 08:30, 09:15, 10:00, and then every hour on the hour. If you arrive late, we will take you on the next available service. Additionally, transfers from the airport to the hotel are on demand, so we may be able to offer transport at other times if possible.
AP Hotel & Parking is one of the best parking and hotel options next to the Madrid-Barajas airport. Only we can offer quality parking services with all the complementary services of a hotel. Upon arrival you can rest in our lounges, use the common areas and all complementary services. If you want to sleep in the hotel before or after your flight, we will make you a very special price. For your peace of mind and comfort, the Hotel-Airport transfers are programmed so that you arrive at the airport on time without unwanted waiting, we will have as many minibuses as necessary. Please choose your departure time to the airport among those provided, we will take care of reserving your seats. Please read the General Information section.

- 10:00 and until 00:00 every hour on the hour. Clients must present themselves at the hotel reception 20 minutes before the transfer departure time. If you do not arrive on time, you can use the next transfer as long as there are places available.

Sin duda repetiré. 100% recomendable.

El servicio claramente cubre una necesidad de forma adecuada. Así que lo recomiendo valorando precio/ beneficio. El Personal cuando llegas es amable y te explica de forma clara sin embargo cuando te buscan el servio empeora un poco. La información es más escueta no tienen un orden y hay que preguntar. Recomiendo que reciban entrenamiento para hablar con el cliente. Otro factor desagradable fue el largo periodo de tiempo que tardaron en buscarnos al aeropuerto ( 40min aprox). En principio de dicen que va por orden pero unos llevan lista otros no. La verdad es que es un desastre al buscarte. Los conductores simplemente buscan y llenan la furgoneta y regresan. Sin importar el orden. Las respuestas cuando preguntas son algo groseras. Insisto en que deberían recibir cursos de formación para tratar al cliente y ser eficientes sin perder el control por la presión a la que seguramente están expuestos. En resumen: se requiere más orden, formación y quizás alguna lista digital de gestión de pasajeros que han llamado para que la lleve también el conductor. En fin, nada que no pueda mejorar pero que requiere personal capacitado para ello. Un saludo.
