How does the valet service work?
Departure:
Drive directly to the departures area of terminals T1, T2, or T4 at Madrid-Barajas Airport. Call the number provided in your confirmation email about 20 minutes before your arrival. A valet driver will meet you at the agreed meeting point, check the booking and inspect the car with you. You then hand over your keys, and the driver will safely park your vehicle in the secure indoor facility.
Return:
When you return, call the same number once you have collected your luggage. The driver will bring your car back to the same meeting point at your chosen terminal so you can continue your journey without delay.

Así como cuando dejamos el.coche fueron puntuales, la entrega se demoró demasiado (una hora) y el contacto con la empresa fue costoso ( muchas llamadas y no cogían el teléfono) La persona que nos entregó el coche se fue rápidamente a otro servicio, sin esperar a revisar, ni firmar la entrega ni oír nuestras quejas. El coche a la hora de entrega estaba muy caliente y habíamos contratado servicio bajo cubierto. Nos hace sospechar.
Me cobraron un extra por hacer un pequeño ajuste en las horas de entrega y recogida. Hubo una demora de más de media hora en la recogida. Tuve que llamar varias veces para que atendieran mi recogida
Todo excelente , brinda muchas tranquilidad y muy pendientes , inclusive sin tener que llamar yo, me gustaría añadan servicio de lavado.
Llegó tarde el conductor para recoger el coche y también nos hizo esperar para su entrega. El coche llegó sucio, como de estar al aire y los asientos ardiendo del sol. Y eso que había pagado garaje con techo. Lo que me ha hecho dudar de donde ha estado mi coche aparcado la semana.
100% recomendables! Vuelo en menos de un mes y volveré a repetir como siempre..
