El autobus que nos llevó del parking al aeropuerto, bien, todo correcto. Pero a la vuelta, cuando nos tenían que recoger en el aeropuerto, no pudimos subir al autobús porque el pequeño lugar para poner maletas estaba ya lleno, y a pesar de que el trayecto era de 5 minutos, la conductora dijo que no nos podíamos montar si no podiamos colocar la maletas en el lugar habilitado para ellas, cuando el autobús llevaba mas de la mitad de asientos vacios. Si el problema son las maletas, deberian llevar autobuses con mas sitio para maletas, porque aunque cada persona que puede sentarse llevase una sola maleta, sería imposible, porque no cabe ni una maleta por persona. La conductora fue muy antipatica, nos hizo bajar y a causa del retraso, llegamos tarde al trabajo. Así que , si llevais maletas, tened en cuenta que os pueden dejar abajo, a pesar de que el autobus vaya practicamente vacio.

When we got back from holiday we could not find anyone to tell us where to go for the shuttle bus, one of your employees could even be bothered to tell us it took us one and half hours to work out where we should be picked up, it was a shambles

We would like to clarify that the instructions on how to return to the car park are detailed in the confirmation email and on the downloadable Aena voucher. Under the return section, it states that you should follow the specific Aena airport signs to locate the courtesy minibus. We always strongly recommend that our customers read all instructions and information in the booking confirmation carefully before travel to ensure a smooth transition. We are, however, disappointed to hear that you did not receive proper guidance when looking for directions.
