Park & Relax Hannover

With Park & Relax Hannover you board the plane stress-free. You can also decide for yourself whether you want to be taken comfortably to Hanover airport, 11km away, by shuttle service or use the even more relaxed way of valet service. Please note that the entry height is 3 metres.

Shuttle-Parking

We ask you to report to Park & Relax Hannover approx. 11 minutes before your arrival. Once you have arrived at the car park, photos will be taken and a vehicle log will be filled in. You will then be taken by shuttle to Terminal A, B or C. When you start your return journey, call again when you are at the baggage carousel, whereupon the shuttle bus will be waiting for you again at Terminal A, B or C and will take you safely back to your vehicle. There are two shuttle buses available.

Valet-Service

With the valet service you hand over your vehicle directly at Hannover Airport at Terminal A, B or C to the Park & Relax Hannover staff, who will park it safely for you in the parking area. Please call 30 minutes before arrival at the airport so that the vehicle handover can be guaranteed. Upon pick-up, your car will be checked and a log report will be filled out. Before your return journey, only a short call is required so that your vehicle can be ready again for your journey home at terminal A, B or C.

At the Park & Relax Hannover site, your vehicle is secured to the maximum, as the car park is fenced in, equipped with security cameras and there are staff on site 24 hours a day. The parking provider also has insurance against arson and theft.

The outdoor area of Park & Relax Hannover is paved. You can request child seats for the transfer with the shuttle bus. Additional services such as car washes can be arranged.

Please note that the entrance height is 3 metres.

Attention: The parking provider charges a surcharge for oversized vehicles (eg VW Amarok). The surcharge can also be booked online as an extra product.

Valet-Parking

Arrival

On the day of your trip, drive directly to Hannover Airport at Flughafenstraße 4. Drive to Terminal A, B or C. Please contact Park & Relax Hannover 30 minutes before your arrival to the airport. Once you arrive at the airport, complete the check-in process with one of the Park & Relax Hannover staff. The staff member will then transfer your vehicle to the car park.

Return

Upon your return while you are at the baggage claim, please contact Park & Relax Hannover, to fix a meeting point. After you have collected your luggage, go to the meeting point where the driver will be waiting for you with your vehicle. There you will return the keys and the vehicle.

If your return journey is delayed, please call Park & Relax Hannover so that the park provider can adjust to a new return date for you.
