Oversized Vehicles: For vehicles exceeding standard dimensions (length 4.50 m x width 2.20 m), a small flat fee is charged due to the increased space required. Please select the appropriate option directly when booking or update your existing reservation if necessary.

Shuttle Capacity: The shuttle transfer price includes up to 4 people free of charge. A small surcharge will be applied for each additional accompanying person to cover the extra transport effort.

Child Seats: For the safe transport of your youngest passengers, we are happy to provide suitable child seats (for various age groups) upon request. Please inform us of your needs in good time before your arrival.

Premium Car Wash: Treat your vehicle to professional care during its parking period. Upon request, a freshly cleaned and shining vehicle (exterior and interior) will await you on your return.

Arrival
Please call the parking provider 15 minutes before your arrival at the car park so that Park & Relax Hannover can be waiting for you on site when you arrive. Then load your bags into the waiting shuttle bus and the parking provider will drive you to the airport in just 11 minutes.

Return
At baggage claim, call the parking provider and they will pick you up at the terminal within 15 minutes.

Valet-Parking

Arrival

On the day of your trip, drive directly to Hannover Airport at Flughafenstraße 4. Drive to Terminal A, B or C. Please contact Park & Relax Hannover 30 minutes before your arrival to the airport. Once you arrive at the airport, complete the check-in process with one of the Park & Relax Hannover staff. The staff member will then transfer your vehicle to the car park.

Return

Upon your return while you are at the baggage claim, please contact Park & Relax Hannover, to fix a meeting point. After you have collected your luggage, go to the meeting point where the driver will be waiting for you with your vehicle. There you will return the keys and the vehicle.

If your return journey is delayed, please call Park & Relax Hannover so that the park provider can adjust to a new return date for you.
