Arrival
On the day of arrival you proceed to the premises of Shuttleservice Norderstedt. You park your vehicle in the check-in area independently and an employee then takes over the vehicle for you and parks it on the parking lot. Afterwards you go to the entrance area, where one of the shuttle busses is waiting for you. Shuttleservice Norderstedt is happy to help you with loading and unloading your luggage. After loading, a staff member will take you to Terminal 1 on the upper floor.
Return
When you return, contact the park provider twice: immediately after landing and again after you have received your luggage. You can find the phone number here above. This will allow the parking provider enough time to pick you up at Terminal 1 to the upper floor on the departures level and take you to your vehicle. Once at the site, proceed to your vehicle and continue your journey.
If you have any questions regarding changes to your reservation on weekends or 24 hours prior to the start of your trip, we recommend that you contact the park provider.
