Park & Fly Hamburg has 50 covered parking spaces. The maximum entry height is 2m. The parking area is open from 04:00 and closes at 24:00.

Valet Service
With the valet service you drive directly to Hamburg Airport. Please call us 15 minutes before reaching the airport and in any case if you are more than 15 minutes late.

You will reach the Park & Fly Hamburg meeting point as follows: 1. Once at the bottom, please take the left lane. 2. please follow this lane to the parking bay "Q". 3. please wait there in front of the barrier and do NOT take a ticket. 4. an Park & Fly Hamburg (vormals AirParkOne) employee will open the barrier and assign you a parking space. The driver will recognize your car by the license plate number and model you specified when you made your reservation. Together with the driver, you will check your car and write down the mileage. The car handover takes about 15 minutes.

Park & Fly Hamburg allows you to easily and safely park your car. You can drive your car directly to the airport where a driver will be waiting for you. You can leave your car parked every day both inside and outside.

Park & Fly Hamburg offers different car wash packages. You can book these when you make your reservation. The driver is happy to help you unload the car with your luggage.

Max. Entry height of the garage is 2m.

Pkt. 2: Den fremsendte rutevejledning var forkert - sikkert pga. AI oversættelse til dansk fra tysk. Det medførte at vi kørte i det forkerte parkeringshus og måtte betale p-afgift for at komme ud så vi kunne forsøge igen. Hvis der bare stod i rutevejledningen at man skulle køre efter P2-4, ind i P-huset og køre frem til Plads Q så havde der været meget nemmere.

Good communication from the company. Pick-up there was no issues at all. Drop off was also problem free. Staff on the phone said stay on the ground floor when following the directions for drop off. Important information (or else we would have driven upstairs). Maybe add that note in the description

Absolute Empfehlung. Wir nutzen Parkos schon seit geraumer Zeit und finden den Service super: Auto-/Schlüsselübergabe unmittelbar vorm Terminal, Mitarbeiter alle äußerst freundlich und zuverlässig. Bei Rückankunft kurzer Anruf und mit Verlassen Terminal steht Mitarbeiter mit unserem Fahrzeug bereit. Buchung problemlos, Informationen klar verständlich, Preis-Leistung topp.
