Important information
Park & Fly Hamburg has 50 covered parking spaces. The maximum entry height is 2m. The parking area is open from 04:00 and closes at 24:00.
Valet Service
With the valet service you drive directly to Hamburg Airport. Please call us 15 minutes before reaching the airport and in any case if you are more than 15 minutes late.
You will reach the Park & Fly Hamburg meeting point as follows: 1. Once at the bottom, please take the left lane. 2. please follow this lane to the parking bay "Q". 3. please wait there in front of the barrier and do NOT take a ticket. 4. an Park & Fly Hamburg (vormals AirParkOne) employee will open the barrier and assign you a parking space. The driver will recognize your car by the license plate number and model you specified when you made your reservation. Together with the driver, you will check your car and write down the mileage. The car handover takes about 15 minutes.
Park & Fly Hamburg allows you to easily and safely park your car. You can drive your car directly to the airport where a driver will be waiting for you. You can leave your car parked every day both inside and outside.
Park & Fly Hamburg offers different car wash packages. You can book these when you make your reservation. The driver is happy to help you unload the car with your luggage.

es hat alles reibungslos funktioniert! eine ganz tolle Erfahrung! Ich werde diesen Service bestimmt wieder nützen.
Rigtig god oplevelse. Fin kørselsvejledning. Vores fly retur blev forsinket (+10 timer) - men det var ikke noget problem ift afhentning af bilen. Personalet var yderst servicemindet og høflige. Kan varmt anbefales.

To oplevelser: Jeg glemte nøglekortet hjmme til Tesla, men via telefonen blev der hurtigt lavet en aftale hvor bilen kunne overtages via App. God problemløsning og hurtigt, godt gået. Næst, Jeg kunne ikke finde P4 område Q, der er detsværre to områder med samme navn. Det giver forvirring. Den flinke medarbejder guidede os frem efter en den forvirring om at vi var på den forkerte etage. Bortset fra det, var det en rigtig god oplevelse.
