AirParkOne has 50 covered parking spaces. The maximum entry height is 2m. The parking area is open from 04:00 and closes at 24:00.
Valet Service
With the valet service you drive directly to Hamburg Airport. Please call us 15 minutes before reaching the airport and in any case if you are more than 15 minutes late.
You will reach the AirParkOne meeting point as follows:
1. Once at the bottom, please take the left lane.
2. please follow this lane to the parking bay "Q".
3. please wait there in front of the barrier and do NOT take a ticket.
4. an AirParkOne employee will open the barrier and assign you a parking space. The driver will recognize your car by the license plate number and model you specified when you made your reservation. Together with the driver, you will check your car and write down the mileage. The car handover takes about 15 minutes.
AirParkOne has a parking garage, it is monitored with cameras and secured with barriers. Your car keys are kept safe in a safe.

During the car handover, your car will be checked for any pre-existing damage. For this purpose, photos are taken and the mileage is noted. You fill out the form together with the driver, so that misunderstandings are avoided. Your car is insured according to the general terms and conditions of the parking provider.

AirParkOne offers different car wash packages. You can book these when you make your reservation. The driver is happy to help you unload the car with your luggage.
Max. Entry height of the garage is 2m.
Please call AirParkOne at least 15 minutes BEFORE your arrival, and in any case if you are more than 15 minutes late. Please also inform AirParkOne of any delay. Please note: Due to airport regulations, cars are not allowed to park outside the terminal for too long. Therefore, you must call the number provided to ensure that your vehicle will be picked up on time.

Drive down and follow the signs "Arrival/Ankunft". At the bottom, turn left and follow the sign P4 (not P2-P4).
Do take the left lane, which is covered.
Follow this lane until you reach parking area Q.
Wait there in front of the barrier. Do not take a parking ticket.

If you are coming from the city:
When you leave Zeppelinstraße in the direction of the terminals, please keep left.
Continue to keep left and follow the signs "Arrival".
On arrival, turn left and follow the sign P4 (not P2-P4). Take the left lane, which is covered.
Follow this lane until you reach parking area Q.
There you wait in front of the barrier. Do not pull a ticket.
An AirParkOne employee will open the barrier for you and assign you a parking space.

Please call us at +49 (0)40 500 90 691 when you have received your luggage or as soon as you have left the aircraft if you have only traveled with hand luggage.
Stay on the arrivals level.
Follow the signs to the P4 parking garage.
Go to the parking area "Q".
An AirParkOne employee will meet you there and hand over your vehicle.
