Shuttle Parking Procedure

Arrival:

1. Please call the shuttle service at +49 40 30 85 20 20 15 minutes before your arrival.
2. Drive to the address specified in your reservation. If the gate is closed, it will be opened for you remotely.
3. Park your vehicle in the middle of any free parking space of your choice and take your car key with you.

Return Journey:

1. Call the shuttle service as soon as you have collected your luggage at the airport.
2. The pick-up point is at Hamburg Airport, Departure Level, between Terminal 1 and 2, at the "Plaza" sign.
3. Make sure the driver knows your name to avoid getting into the wrong taxi. (The correct taxi is a Topp-Taxi whose license plate begins with SE, not with HH).
