Arrival

Please call the parking provider at least 15 minutes before arrival. Please drive your car to the address given above. If the gate is locked when you arrive, the shuttle taxi will open it for you. You park your car in a free parking space of your choice and take your keys with you.

Return journey

On your return journey, contact the parking provider after you have received your luggage. The pick-up point is at the Hamburg Airport Plaza sign on the Departure level between Terminal 1 and 2. Please make sure that the shuttle driver knows your name so that you do not get into the wrong taxi.

Parking space At Parkfly24 you have the possibility to park your vehicle on one of 150 XL- parking spaces (approx. 30 cm wider than required). The video-monitored area is completely fortified, fenced and illuminated. Vehicles must not exceed the width of 2.25 meters and length of 5 meters. not exceed.

ParkFly24 works closely with an established cab company. You park your car on one of the one of the free parking spaces and the shuttle service picks you up directly at your car and takes you to your to your departure terminal and picks you up there again. The shuttle service is designed for a maximum of 4 designed.
