Oversized vehicles (minivans, utility vans, pick-up trucks, etc.) are NOT accepted. Please note: if an oversized vehicle arrives, a booking fee equivalent to that of a second booking will be charged on site. Additional days’ late return are charged at €20 per day (to be paid on site). Missed flight / Next-day check-in fee: a surcharge of €25 (covering additional shuttle and check-in costs). Early return policy: The service provider must be notified at least 24 hours in advance. If 24 hours’ notice is not given, an assistance fee of €85 may apply for immediate collection (subject to logistical availability).
