How does Shuttle-Parking work?

Arrival

You drive directly to the Sparker address. The exact address can be found in the booking confirmation. The parking provider recommends to be on site at the parking 3 hours before departure. Please contact the car park provider 15 minutes before your arrival to confirm your arrival time. Upon arrival, you can park your vehicle yourself or have it parked by a staff member who will also be happy to help you with loading and unloading your luggage. In the meantime, you can enjoy a free drink. After all formalities have been completed, the provider's shuttle will take you directly to your departure terminal. Tell the driver whether this is Terminal 1 or 2.

Return

On your return journey, contact Sparparker immediately after you have collected your luggage in full. The provider's shuttle will pick you up at your arrival terminal. Inform the driver of the terminal in question.

How does Valet-Parking work?

Arrival
The Valet service is the most convenient way to start a holiday. The parking provider recommends to be on site at the parking 3 hours before departure. Please call the parking provider 15 minutes before your arrival at Frankfurt Airport to confirm your arrival time. Inform the driver of your departure terminal during the telephone call. You will then drive directly to your departure terminal. There, in the short-stop zone, the provider's driver is already waiting for you. After a joint vehicle inspection and completion of a transfer protocol, you can go directly to the check-in of your booked airline, while the provider's driver will park your vehicle in the secure Sparker car park.

Return

On your return journey, contact Sparparker immediately after you have collected your luggage in full. The parking provider's shuttle will pick you up at your arrival terminal. Inform the driver of the terminal in question.

If you wish to arrive or return your car between 22:00 and 06:00, there is a night surcharge bookable online as extra product. Of course, it can always happen that you return later than planned. Please let the parking provider know directly by telephone so that they are informed of the change. You can pay the additional costs The additional costs (€15 per day) for the extended parking period directly to the parking provider on premises.

At Sparkparker Frankfurt your vehicle is safely stored. You park your car at a large Parking Garage. Your vehicle is safely parked on the provider's premises, the area is secured by an entrance gate and additional cameras in the car park to keep an eye on the vehicles.

The parking provider is open for you around the clock. If you wish to return your car between 22 and 6 a.m., or if you wish to receive your car at that time, a night surcharge will be charged. If your flight is delayed, you will be picked up at the airport, regardless of opening hours, as there is always staff on the parking provider's premises.

Shuttle-Service

With the shuttle parking you drive to the provider's premises and park your vehicle yourself or have it parked by an employee. You can take your car key with you on your trip with Sparparker for a surcharge of €5.00, or leave it with the provider. If you choose the latter option, your key will be safely stored in a locker. You will be offered a free drink in the car park, while the driver will help you to load and unload your luggage. The shuttle bus will then take you to Frankfurt Airport, directly to the terminal of your choice. On your return journey, please contact the parking provider by telephone after you have collected your baggage. The shuttle will then take you directly to the agreed terminal to take you directly to your vehicle.

Valet-Service
With Sparparker Frankfurt's Valet Service you can travel even easier and more relaxed. On the day of your journey you drive your vehicle directly to Frankfurt Airport. Before arriving at the airport, please contact the car park operator to confirm your arrival time. Together with the driver, you will arrange the meeting point (depending on which departure hall you use). The driver will be waiting for you at the terminal and will contact you directly. After a joint vehicle inspection and the completion of a transfer protocol, the driver will take your vehicle to the provider's secure car park. On your return, please contact the provider after you have collected all your baggage. The driver will then take your vehicle to the agreed terminal so that you can proceed quickly.

Bear in mind that this airport is in a low emission zone and that an environmental sticker is needed.
