This parking provider offers you their convenient valet service, whereby you can choose between indoor- or outdoor-parking. The parking garage does not have a height limit and is open 24/7. There are employees at lot 24/7, so you need not worry while you are away.

Valet service
You will drive directly to the Frankfurt airport, where you will do an inspection of your car together with an employee of Parkstation-Karma24. Afterward, you will hand-over your car key, and an employee will safely park your car at the parking lot. After handing over your car key, you can conveniently proceed to the check-in counters. At the end of your trip, your car will be driven back to the airport.

Please be aware that this airport is located in an environmentally protected area, and an 'Umweltplakette' is required.

The parking lot is asphalted, fenced and equipped with camera surveillance. In addition to this, there is always an employee at the parking lot. Therefore, your car will be secure on the parking lot of Parkstation-Karma24. Your car will be inspected at the airport to check for previously existing damages to avoid misunderstandings later. All of the information will be filled out on a form, which you will have to sign if you agree. Sometimes, the driver also takes pictures of your car. You will have to hand-over your key to an employee of Parkstation-Karma24, it will be kept in a safe during your trip.

Your car is insured while it is parked, and also when the driver is driving it to or from the airport.

The parking lot of Parkstation-Karma24 is equipped with multiple cameras, is fenced, and watched day and night by the present employees. Hence, you need not worry about your car while you are away.

Although there are no flights allowed in the night at the Frankfurt airport, Parkstation-Karma24 is open nonetheless.The parking provider charges a night surcharge of 50€ in the time from 22:00 - 06:00 hrs.

How does valet parking work?

Arrival

On the day of departure you will drive to the Frankfurt airport. 30 minutes before arriving to the airport, please contact Parkstation-Karma24, to confirm your time of arrival. An employee will wait for you at the agreed meeting point.

Please inform the driver from which terminal you are flying. In case you are flying from Terminal 1, the meeting point is between Departures B and C, door 6. If it is Terminal 2, the meeting point is Departures E, door 8. These meeting points are always the same, you just have to inform the driver from which terminal you will be flying. The parking provider charges a night surcharge of 50€ in the time from 22:00 - 06:00 hrs.

Return

After landing, please contact Parkstation-Karma24 directly to inform them of your arrival to the Frankfurt airport. After claiming your luggage, please call them again to inform them at which terminal you will be, and they will drive to the airport within 3 to 4 minutes. It is important to call them twice, as parking at the airport terminal is only free of charge for ten minutes.

Since parking in the short-term parking zone at the Frankfurt airport is only free of charge for ten minutes, it is important to call Parkstation-Karma24 30 minutes before your arrival. This will ensure that they can be there on time, to avoid extra costs. Upon your return, call them twice, the first time is after landing, and the second time after claiming your luggage. An employee of Parkstation-Karma24 will then be at the airport within 3 to 4 minutes. In case you do not follow these instructions, there can be extra costs for you when leaving the airport parking zone. The extra costs for 15 minutes are €2.50, and for 30 minutes €5.00.
