Important Information for Parking Reservation

• Additional Costs:
  • Vehicles with a length of 5.20 m or more are charged an extra €50. The maximum standard size is 2.00 m (width) x 5.00 m (length). For larger vehicles like Sprinters, you must inquire separately.
  • A surcharge is applied from the fourth person onwards.
  • A night surcharge is charged from 00:00 to 06:00.
  • A per-piece surcharge is applied for bulky luggage (wheelchairs, musical instruments, sports equipment, bicycles, live animals in transport boxes).
• Important Communication:
  • Changes to your reservation must be communicated to the parking provider.
  • Waiting times of 15-30 minutes are possible.

Shuttle Parking Process

Arrival:

1. Call the parking provider 30 minutes before your arrival at the parking lot.
2. Meet with the provider at the parking lot.

Return Journey:

1. Call the parking provider twice: once immediately after landing and a second time after you have collected your luggage.
2. The meeting point is at Terminal 1, Exit B6 or Terminal 2, Exit E8/23-N.

Voucher & Invoice

• You can download your reservation voucher from your Parkos account.
• For an invoice, ask the parking provider directly on the day of your return.
