Parke und Fliege offers different parking options for your car. You have the option to use either the shuttle or the valet parking service.
The open parking deck of Parke und Fliege provides you with a secure parking space. The parking provider offers a concrete parking deck with a closed entrance. To ensure your safety, the parking provider's staff is on hand 24/7 for regular patrols.
The parking space provider has (business) liability insurance.
In the case of valet service, the driver who collects your vehicle at the airport is insured according to the parking provider's terms and conditions.
How does shuttle parking work?
You hand over your vehicle personally, at the vehicle reception point of Parke und Fliege. As you park your vehicle yourself on the parking deck, we advise you to take a few photos before boarding the shuttle bus. Your luggage will be loaded onto the shuttle bus and you will be driven directly to Terminal 1: Departures Level, Hall C, Door 7 or Terminal 2: Departures Level/Arrivals Level, Hall E, Door 8.
Return journey
After baggage claim, about 15 minutes before you reach the terminal, please call the driver hotline. The exact phone number will be sent to you in the reservation confirmation. The Parke und Fliege shuttle bus will pick you up and drive you again to the vehicle reception point, where the vehicle return takes place. After a personnel check as well as another vehicle check, you can continue your journey directly.
How does valet parking work: Arrival
Please call the provider one hour before your arrival to confirm your arrival time. You can find the phone number here above. Then drive to Frankfurt Airport to Terminal 1 on the departures level, Hall C, Door 7 or to Terminal 2 on the departures/arrivals level, Hall E, Door 8. An employee from the parking provider will be waiting for you. A short external vehicle check will follow and then you will be taken to the airport. The employee will then drive your vehicle to the open parking deck and you can check in at your leisure. Please record the mileage of your vehicle! Your car will be parked at Jahnstraße 64, Heusenstamm (on CAMPUS grounds) during your trip.
Return
When you return, please call the 24h driver hotline after baggage claim, about 15 minutes before you reach the departure terminal. The Frapark employee will drive your vehicle back to the departure terminal. You will then be expected at Terminal 1 at Departures Level, Hall C, Door 7 or at Terminal 2 at Departures Level/Arrivals Level, Hall E, Door 8. There, the keys and vehicle will be returned and you can continue your journey in complete relaxation.
