How does valet parking work?

Arrival

Important: Please take your reservation confirmation with you! Otherwise there is a chance that the parking provider will not accept your car.

Please contact the provider 1 hour before arrival at the car park on the following telephone number: 01745944302. The exact address can be found on the reservation confirmation. Upon arrival, you can park your vehicle yourself. A member of staff will also be happy to help you load and unload your luggage. After all formalities have been settled, the provider's shuttle will take you directly to the meeting point. With this parking provider, 4 people are included in the price of the shuttle service. For each additional person, a surcharge is required by request. The key must be returned to this parking provider.

Return

On your return journey, contact Parking and Fly Frankfurt as soon as the customers have the suitcases and. Terminal 1 or Terminal 2 are at the agreed meeting point.

How does valet parking work?

Arrival

On the day of your departure, contact Parking and Fly Frankfurt 15 minutes before your arrival at the airport departure terminal. One of the employees will take delivery of your car and after a brief external vehicle check, you will receive a handover report. The employee then drives your car to the parking lot. Your vehicle is of course insured while it is on the parking lot. During your absence, your vehicle keys will be kept safe in the company safe housed.

Return

On your return journey, call the parking provider immediately after landing. As soon as you have received your luggage, contact Parking and Fly Frankfurt a second time. Your car will be driven directly to you as soon as you have left Frankfurt Airport. Completely without stress and waiting time.

Please arrive no more than 15 minutes before your booked parking time. Otherwise, the parking provider cannot guarantee that they will be able to collect your vehicle on time.

Shuttle service

With shuttle parking, you drive to the supplier's premises and then park your vehicle yourself or have an employee park it. You can take your vehicle key with you on your trip at Parking and Fly Frankfurt for a surcharge of €5.00, or leave it with the provider. If you choose the latter option, your key will be kept safe in a safe. The shuttle bus will then take you to Frankfurt Airport, directly to the terminal of your choice. On your return journey, contact the parking provider by phone after you have collected your luggage. The shuttle then comes directly to the agreed terminal to bring you directly to your vehicle without detours. With this parking provider, 4 people are included in the price of the shuttle service. For each additional person, a surcharge will be requested.

Valet service

Use the valet service and save valuable time before your flight. On departure, you hand your vehicle over to a member of staff from Parking and Fly Frankfurt at Departure Terminal 1 or 2 at Frankfurt Airport. When you return, contact Parking and Fly Frankfurt by phone and your vehicle will be returned to you at Departure Terminal 1 or 2.
