How does valet parking work?

Arrival
On the day of your departure, contact FRA-ACCES 60 minutes before your arrival at the airport's departure terminal. One of the employees will receive your car and after a brief external vehicle inspection, you will receive a handover report. The employee will then drive your car to the parking lot. Your vehicle is of course insured while it is in the parking lot. During your absence, your vehicle keys will be safely stored in the company safe.

Return journey

On your return journey, call the telephone number provided on the business card only after you have collected your luggage. The parking provider's driver will then head straight to you to pick you up at the exit of TERMINAL 1 DOOR B6 or TERMINAL 2 DOOR E8 at Frankfurt Airport.

How does shuttle parking work?

Please call 30 minutes before you arrive at the parking lot on the day of departure, even if your arrival time at the parking lot differs from the time booked.
