On this customer-friendly parking lot, there is a high quality standard, as Cleverparken24 provides a safe and clean underground parking. There are qualified as well as friendly contact persons on site. Thereby your vehicle is optimally protected and you can start your journey in peace.

Shuttle and valet services are offered.

Shuttle bus opening hours: 06:00 - 23:30. Please note that the shuttle service is included for 3 people, from the 4th person the parking provider charges a surcharge of 20€ per person. 1 suitcase is included in the price, for extra pieces or bulky luggage an extra charge must be paid online or on site.

Night surcharge shuttle for arrivals and returns between 23:00 and 06:00.

Valet night supplement for arrivals and returns between 11 p.m. and 6 a.m.

The parking provider only serves Terminal 3 for an additional fee.

The parking provider will provide a waiting room and toilet and will be happy to help you load and unload your luggage. Child seats are available on request for the transfer.

Shuttle Service

Arrival

Please call Cleverparken24 30 minutes before arrival. You can find the telephone number here above. Then please drive to the parking garage. Once there, you can park your car yourself, or an employee will do it for you. You will then be taken to Frankfurt Airport by shuttle bus.

Return

After you land back in Frankfurt you need to call twice: once right after landing, and the second time after you have received your luggage. The shuttle bus will pick you up and drive you back to the underground car park. From there you can continue your journey home.

Valet Service

Arrival:

Thank you for your booking. Please call Cleverparken24 about 30 minutes before the agreed arrival time to avoid waiting times as much as possible. A service employee will then personally welcome you at the departure terminal. This is followed by a vehicle check, where the data and the condition of the vehicle are noted. You can enjoy your trip while your car is safely parked in the underground car park.

Return:

On the day of your return journey, call Cleverparken24 twice, once as soon as you have landed and once after you have received your luggage. A service employee will then drive your vehicle to you at the departure terminal within a few minutes and hand it over to you personally.
