Esperienza pessima, e ve lo dice uno che usufruisce di questo servizio più di dieci volte l’anno. Al ritorno, non ho ricevuto risposta al telefono per 20 minuti e nel momento in cui ho ricevuto risposta nemmeno c’è stata gradevolezza dall’altro lato della cornetta. Il tempo di attesa totale del rientro dell’auto è stato di più di 50 minuti e solo a valle di un secondo sollecito mezz’ora dopo la prima risposta. Lo dico in generale a loro discapito, purtroppo durante il periodo di agosto tutti i parcheggi tendono a prendere più auto di quelle che riescono a gestire senza inficiare sulla qualità del servizio.
Puntuali e cortesi
Pessima sono ho prenotato per sbaglio con un giorno di anticipo ( quindi pagando un giorno in più ) mi hanno fatto ripagare per intero tutta la prenotazione, cioè ho pagato due volte pur avendo già pagando il posto per la macchina , con la giustificazione che la prenotazione andava per forza annullata .
