Parking One is the ideal car park for those coming from Rome as it is one of the first car parks along the road that leads to the airport.
Car valet
The car valet service is the convenient service that provides for the collection and return of your car directly at the terminal. You don't even have to drive to the parking lot, the operators will take care of everything.
From its long experience in the long-stay and short-stay sector, Parking One offers a convenient and quick parking solution at Fiumicino airport. Parking One offers numerous covered parking spaces (GARAGE maximum height 2.25M), 1500 spaces with car valet service included in the price. A driver will come to pick up your car at the airport and on your way back, he will bring it back comfortably to terminal 3 for short-term arrivals, 30 meters from your access gate. During busy periods, the staff may need to move the cars in a warehouse at a maximum distance of 2 km from the headquarters and corresponding to the standards of the car park.
The car park does not accept cars without insurance or inspection. Furthermore, they don't accept Tesla cars, likewise LPG cars and ZOE Renault models are not accepted either.
For all Unipolmove or Telepass holders, THE PARKING EMPHASISES THE IMPORTANCE OF REMOVING THE VEHICLE FROM THE UNIPOL APPLICATION, as it creates problems with access to the parking and the parking does not take responsibility for any refunds. It is always recommended to access with the ticket to avoid any problems.

Vehicles with recording systems and video cameras are not accepted.
The car park informs that if the delay is not communicated in time by message, the car park will proceed to close the reservation without any refund.
Supplement for night service
Parking One is open 24/7. The car park applies a nightly supplement for services performed between 10.30 pm and 6.30 am of 15 euros to be paid in the car park.
Conditions for parking large vehicles
Vehicles bigger than a standard car / SUV / sedan/ station Wagon, larger than 5 m, or vehicles like campervans, vans, minibuses, incur an extra cost. Please make sure to select this option if you are parking a large vehicle.
Returno to Ciampino Airport
Does your return flight arrive at Ciampino airport? No problem, you can book the "Return to Ciampino airport" service at an additional cost. A driver will take your car back directly to Ciampino. Contact the car park to request information and to book the service.

La macchina non è stata parcheggiata al coperto come ho pagato, al ritorno era tutta sporca e aria condizionata a tutto per cercare di coprire il caldo all intero, dal fatto che sia stata lasciata da qualche parte al sole

GRAZIETutto ok All’andata abbiamo aspettato qualche minuto Il ritorno niente attesa, avevo scritto l’orario di atterraggio non considerando eventuali ritardi, attese, etc Abbiamo avuto in totale 40 min in più Il ragazzo ha fatto il ticket non addebitandoci comunque niente Unico appunto , se viene usato un gessetto per segnare eventuale posto o altro sul vetro , è corretto ridare l’auto con vetro pulito, ma sono dettagli.

CI SCUSIAMO PER LA DIMENTICANZA, GRAZIE PER IL VOSTRO POSITIVO GIUDIZIOEsperienza pessima e totale mancanza di flessibilità Sconsiglio vivamente questo servizio. A causa di cause di forza maggiore legate a ritardi nei trasporti, mi sono ritrovato a pagare il doppio del prezzo pattuito. All'andata ho impiegato un'ora e mezza in più a causa delle terribili code presenti in autostrada. Nonostante il ritardo non fosse minimamente imputabile a me, non è stato possibile evitare il supplemento perché da contratto richiedono un preavviso di 4 ore — una clausola del tutto irrealistica da rispettare quando si resta bloccati nel traffico all'improvviso. Come se non bastasse, al ritorno anche il volo ha subito un ritardo e sono stato costretto a pagare nuovamente una penale/supplemento. Zero comprensione nei confronti del cliente, rigidità contrattuale assurda e prezzi raddoppiati per imprevisti totalmente fuori dal mio controllo. Non utilizzerò mai più questo servizio

Ci dispiace ma purtroppo avendo molta affluenza di prenotazione abbiamo inserito un regolamento per evitare di creare problemi a voi tutti utenti e rendere i vostri servizi sereni ed efficenti , chi non rispetta le regole e non legge purtroppo paga , solo con questa situazione tuteliamo che è preciso e legge il nostro regolamento . D'altronde se ogni utente facesse come ha fatto lei l'aeroporto andrebbe in tilt. Regole per vivere meglio -Ho prenotato con 4 mesi di anticipo, ho pagato in anticipo, ma il 22 luglio non ho usufruito del parcheggio. Pur considerando il mio difetto nell'arrivare con del ritardo rispetto all'orario programmato (erano stimati 45 minuti di ritardo per un problema famigliare durante il tragitto), Parking One ha negato qualsiasi tipo di aiuto. Considerando che in casi precedenti erano stati gli stessi operatori di Parkos a tenermi in attesa per decine di minuti, non immaginavo sarebbero stati così fiscali. Parking One e Parkos in generale non mi ha restituito la spesa effettuata e sono stato costretto al volo ad affidarmi a un altro operatore pagando il triplo. Brutta esperienza che ha agitato il giorno della partenza: ovviamente non sono stato rimborsato e sicuramente Parking One avrà colmato il "vuoto" del mio parcheggio con altri clienti.
