Important information
Park at Gate23 with numerous open spaces and a free 24-hour shuttle service or alternatively you can book the convenient car valet service. Bring your Parkos reservation with you to reception and let your car be parked by a parking operator. A shuttle will be waiting for you and will take you to the terminal in a few minutes and if you have reserved the car valet service, a driver will come to collect your car directly at the terminal and bring it back upon your return.
Gate23 is the new car park serving Fiumicino airport. It offers uncovered parking spaces and a free 24-hour shuttle service that will take you to the airport in just a few minutes. Alternatively, you can choose to take advantage of the convenient car valet service, a driver will collect your car directly at the terminal and bring it back upon your return.
The car park requires you to pay an extra supplement for the night service between 12.00AM and 06.00AM, please select it on the site during check-out.
For the car valet service, please remember to call the car park 30 minutes before your arrival at the airport. The number will be provided on your confirmation email.
Attention: prices are for cars, it is possible to park campers, vans and large vehicles upon payment of an extra supplement to be selected during the payment phase at check-out on the site.

In the car park you will find toilets, free wi-fi and food and drink dispensers. If necessary, you can ask the staff to restore your car's battery.
Take advantage of the convenient and economical complete car wash service, external and/or internal, which can be booked on the site or requested from the car park staff during check-in. Furthermore, operators will be able to refuel (petrol, diesel, gas, methane, etc.) as a paid service.

Contact Gate23 as soon as you have collected your luggage to send the shuttle to collect you and take you to the car park to collect your car.

Call the number provided in the booking and agree with one of the Gate23 drivers on the time and meeting point to collect your car directly at the airport at the T3 short-term stop.

Il servizio di Gate23 Parking non è adeguatamente strutturato dal punto di vista organizzativo. Hanno solo 2 navette, che nelle giornate e nelle ore di punta sono insufficienti. In aggiunta, non viene gestita bene la chiamata, nel senso che le persone dovrebbero chiamare quando sono già nell'area di raccolta e non quando sono ancora sull'aereo. Noi abbiamo chiamato quando eravamo in area di raccolta, abbiamo aspettato circa 30 minuti la navetta, ma quando questa è arrivata e ci ha raccolto, abbiamo aspettato altri 20 minuti che altri utenti arrivassero (avevano chiamato ma non erano in area di raccolta). Abbiamo alla fine impiegato quasi un'ora per riprendere l'auto dal momento in cui eravamo in area di raccolta (quasi la durata del volo)

Parkos e' un sito di prenotazione dei parcheggi ma non siamo noi a gestirli. Inoltreremo i suoi commenti al parcheggio affinche possano prendere provvedimenti e migliorare il servizio per il futuro.
