Ha apprezzato : Personale gentile . Da migliorare: attesa 20 min per il ritiro dell’auto all’arrivo ( oltre la mezzanotte quindi avremmo apprezzato molto arrivare e trovare l’auto pronta anziché attendere 20 minuti ). Altra osservazione , l’auto è stata consegnata e ritirata al T3arrivi, mentre partenza e arrivo erano al T1. Bisognerebbe , come fanno altri parcheggiatori , ritirare e consegnare al terminal di partenza e arrivo chiedendo già in fase di prenotazione info sul volo.
siamo partiti durante il ponte del 1°maggio e considerando il periodo convulso il tutto si è svolto in maniera ottimale. il giorno prima ho dovuto anche cambiare targa e modello dell'auto e la ragazza che mi ha risposto è stata gentilissima. Lo consiglio
Direi che è andato tutto bene, nonostante al ritorno abbiamo avuto un ritardo con il volo, il servizio è stato ottimo.
Al ritorno tutto ok, ma all'andata non c'era l'addetto ad aspettarci, abbiamo dovuto telefonare per sollecitare e aspettare quasi mezz'ora. Ero un cliente di questo garage, ma francamente, con l'aumento da capogiro rispetto a novembre, non mi aspettavo che il servizio peggiorasse. La prossima volta mi rivolgerò alla concorrenza.
