Parking with shuttle service (minibus transfer)
To park with Park and Fly Faro, go to the parking lot at the address you'll find in your booking confirmation email and park in the area reserved for arrivals. Once you've done so, show your confirmation, and they'll check your details and the condition of the vehicle. They'll immediately transfer you to the airport and drop you off in the departures area. On your return, call them at the number shown in your booking confirmation email once you have your bags and cleared customs, and they'll pick you up at the same location they dropped you off.
If you are delayed or planning to arrive early, please contact the parking lot as soon as possible, and at least half an hour before the indicated time. This will avoid unnecessary waits.
Handing over keys:
You will be asked to hand over the keys, which will be kept securely.

I was given the wrong address for the parking location in Faro. When I arrived, there was **no parking facility at all**. On top of that, the advertisement claimed it was only a **10-minute shuttle bus ride** from the parking to Faro Airport, which was completely false. Because of this misleading information, I almost missed my flight. First, I wasted valuable time searching for a parking location that didn't exist. Then I discovered it was actually another **30-minute drive** from the address they gave me to Faro Airport—not the advertised 10 minutes. To make matters worse, I even had to drive back to the address so I could record a video proving there was no parking facility there. Despite this evidence, they keep insisting the address is correct and claim I should have called customer service. With only 1.5 hours left before my flight, calling customer service was the last thing on my mind. My priority was getting to the airport as quickly as possible after already being misled twice. This was one of the most stressful travel experiences I've ever had. The false information caused unnecessary panic and nearly made me miss my flight. I would never use this company again and cannot recommend it to anyone.

Tout s'est bien passé, on déplore juste le temps d'attente un peu long entre notre appel téléphonique et l'arrivée de la navette sur le parking de l'aéroport.
Lo único que no me gustó que lo aparqué bajo techado y cuando lo recogí estaba fuera del techado, lo demás todo muy bien
