Shuttle-Parken

You drive by car to our reception point Kiesheckerweg 132-142, 40468 Düsseldorf. There you will be met by our trained Park Luxus staff. Our equipped shuttle van will take care of the free, safe and fast transfer to the terminal. Our parking spaces are only 3 minutes away from Düsseldorf Airport. Parking at Düsseldorf Airport couldn't be easier. When you start your return journey, call again when you are at the baggage carousel, whereupon the shuttle bus will be waiting for you again at the terminal and take you safely back to your vehicle. A shuttle bus is always at your disposal.

For the shuttle bus transfer, you can request child seats and the respective staff member will be happy to help you with your luggage.

Valet-Service

Call Park Luxus as soon as you have landed and have all your luggage with you. A Park Luxus staff member will then be with you by car at Departure Hall B/C within 3-4 minutes to hand over your car with the pick-up slip ready for you to continue your journey home. If you have any questions regarding changes to your reservation at the weekend or 24 hours before the start of your trip, we recommend that you contact the park provider. In case of late return, the extra charge can be paid in cash to the parking provider on site. Please note that this airport is located in an environmental zone and that an environmental badge is required.

The car park is secured 24 hours a day, 7 days a week by Park Luxus staff. The area is asphalted and illuminated. The area is secured by video surveillance.

With this park provider, up to 8 people are included for the shuttle service. For each additional person, the park provider charges a surcharge of 5 euros per person.

If you have a minivan, oversized vehicles, or a motorhome, there will be an additional charge.

Shuttle-Service

Arrival

You drive by car to the Park Luxus reception point at Kiesheckerweg 132-142, 40468 Düsseldorf. You park your car and come to the check-in to hand in your key. You will then be given a pick-up slip and driven up to Terminal B/C door no. 10. The car park is only 3 minutes away from Düsseldorf Airport.

Departure
For your return journey, please contact Park Luxus when you have landed. You will be picked up at Departure Hall B/C within 3 minutes. You will then be taken to your car.

If you have any questions regarding changes to your reservation at the weekend or 24 hours before the start of your trip, we recommend that you contact the park provider. In case of several days late return, the surcharge can be paid in cash to the park provider on site.

With this park provider, up to 8 people are included for the shuttle service. For each additional person, the parking provider charges a surcharge of €5 per person. The provider charges a surcharge of 30€ if you take your key with you. You can have your electric car charged for 40€.
