The provider thanks the customer for their parking reservation.

Important Information Regarding the Reservation

• General Information & Costs:
  • The service is designed for vehicles with a maximum length of 5 meters. Please note that motorhomes cannot be parked.
  • The shuttle transfer is included for up to two people. A surcharge will be applied from the third person onwards.
  • Should the customer's travel plans change, a parking extension is available for €20 per day.
  • A surcharge of €20 also applies for a return after midnight (00:00).
• Planning for Arrival:
  • For a relaxed journey, it is recommended that customers arrive at the car park 2.5 to 3 hours before departure.
  • Customers should allow up to 30 minutes for processing and the transfer to the airport.

Shuttle Service Procedure

Arrival:

1. Upon arrival at the car park, the customer can find and occupy a free parking space themselves.
2. The bus stop for the shuttle is located directly on the car park grounds.
3. The shuttle service runs continuously every 15–30 minutes. A shuttle number is available for emergencies.

Return Journey:

1. After landing, the customer proceeds to the agreed pick-up point.
2. The meeting point is located at the departures level of Terminal B/C, between exits 10 and 12.
3. It is noted that waiting times of up to 30 minutes are possible, depending on the schedule and traffic conditions.

Aeropark offers you secure and affordable parking. The grounds are fenced, and taking your keys with you guarantees that your vehicle will not be moved.

Please note that this airport is located in an environmental zone and an environmental sticker is required.

In the immediate vicinity of the parking provider there is a public Tesla charging station and normal charging station that can be used before parking or after parking. The costs incurred will be billed at the charging station.

2 people are included in the shuttle ride. An additional charge is required for each additional person. Tip: You are welcome to let your passengers get off at the airport beforehand and drive alone/as a couple to the parking area.

An additional charge applies for larger minivans or motorhomes. Vehicles longer than 5 m cannot be accepted by the parking provider.

If you arrive the following day (after midnight) an additional day will be charged for parking. Extension costs per day are €20 per day.
