PARKinDUS offers a secured and cheap way of parking. The parking lot is fenced and equipped with video surveillance, also there is staff present 24/7.
Shuttle service
The reliable shuttle service will make sure that you will not have to go through the difficult search for a parking spot. You will drive to the parking area of PARKinDUS, complete the check-in and you will be driven to the airport individually. After your trip, you will be picked up there, and safely driven back to your car. Also your key will be kept safe during your absence, between 01.11 and 15.03 you have the option to take your key with you on your trip.
Please be aware that this parking lot is located in an environmentally protected area, and that an 'Umweltplakette' is required.
When you park at PARKinDUS you can be sure that your vehicle will be safe during your absence. The paved parking lot is fenced, equipped with video cameras and there are always employees present. Besides that, the parking provider is insured for business and liability. To guarantee that your car will not be damaged, an employee will make photos of your vehicle before you leave.

Important information:
2 people are included in the shuttle ride. An additional charge is required for each additional person. Tip: You are welcome to let your passengers get off at the airport beforehand and drive alone/as a couple to the parking area.
The shuttle bus runs every 15-20 minutes.
The parking provider charges a surcharge for vehicles such as large minivans and motorhomes up to 5m long. Vehicles longer than 5 meters cannot be parked at the parking provider
If you have any questions regarding changes to your reservation on the weekend or 24 hours before the start of your trip, we recommend that you contact the parking provider. If you return late, the surcharge can be paid on site in cash to the parking provider.Arrival
You drive to the PARKinDUS address given above. You will be met there by a trained employee of the parking provider. The shuttle van provided provides the free, safe and fast transfer to the terminal.
Return journey
Go to the meeting point where you arrived on the outbound shuttle journey (top floor of Terminal B/C in the area between door entrance/exit number 10/12). The PARKinDUS shuttles are there every 15-20 minutes to take you safely back to your vehicle. A shuttle bus is always available to you.

On the day of your trip, drive directly to Düsseldorf Airport to departure hall B/C.
Contact PARKinDUS 30 minutes before your arrival to inform the parking provider of your arrival time. A PARKinDUS employee will then come to you to hand over your car. The employee will recognize you by your license plate and the model of your car that you specified when making the reservation. He will first check your car for any damage and then you can continue your journey as quickly as possible. Your keys will be kept in a safe for you until you return.
Return journey
Call PARKinDUS as soon as you have landed. A PARKinDUS employee will then be with you by car at Departure Hall B/C within 20 minutes to hand over your car to you, whereupon you can continue your journey home. You can find the phone number above.
