PARKinDUS

When you park at PARKinDUS you can be sure that your vehicle will be safe during your absence. The paved parking lot is fenced, equipped with video cameras and there are always employees present. Besides that, the parking provider is insured for business and liability. To guarantee that your car will not be damaged, an employee will make photos of your vehicle before you leave.

The outside parking lot of PARKinDUS is paved, with a waiting room available which has Wi-Fi. There are also snacks available for a small price.

For the transfer with the shuttle bus, you can request child seats. There are several extra services, such as an interior and exterior washing program, and the possibility to charge your electric car.

In addition to cars, you can also park your minivans and campers at PARKinDUS for an additional charge.

How does shuttle parking work?

Arrival
On the departure day, you will drive to the parking lot of PARKinDUS. After you park your car, there will be a short inspection of your vehicle, and you will receive a Park-ID ticket with a printed ID-number. Your luggage will be put in the shuttle-bus and you will arrive at the airport within seven minutes. The drop-off point is directly in front of Terminal B/C, door number 11. The shuttle-service is available to you 24 hours a day, so you do not have to worry time-wise. Your key will be kept in a safe while you are on your trip.

As soon as you have arrived to Düsseldorf airport again, please call the PARKinDUS hotline. The telephone number will be given in the reservation confirmation. The driver will come to the airport to pick you up at the same meeting point: Terminal B/C, door number 11. The shuttle bus will take you back to your vehicle, safe and relaxed so you can start your drive back home.
