Arrival
Please call the parking provider 30 minutes before your arrival. You will be met there by a trained employee of the parking provider. The shuttle transporter provides the free, safe and quick transfer to the terminal.
Return journey
On your return journey, notify the parking provider by telephone as soon as you have left the plane. The parking provider's driver will then make his way directly to you to pick you up at the exit of your terminal at Düsseldorf Airport. The shuttle will pick you up (top floor of Terminal B/C in the area between door entrance/exit number 11. You will then be taken directly to your car and can continue your journey from there.
