Oversized vehicle up to 5 meters e.g. Models such as vans, minivans, Vito, V-Classes and Ram incur a surcharge. Vehicles longer than 5 meters are not accepted by the parking provider.

If you have any questions regarding changes to your reservation on the weekend or 24 hours before the start of your trip, we recommend that you contact the parking provider. In the event of delays, an additional charge will be paid on site in cash to the parking provider.

Unexpected returns that have not been communicated to us in advance by email or WhatsApp 24 will be subject to a processing fee for the resulting work to be settled on site.
