The QR code was not readable at the entrance nor at the exit. Me and multiple persons who had the same issue had to call the dispatcher to provide reservation details so she can open the barrier.

Der Parkplatz an sich war insgesamt in Ordnung – sauber, ausreichend Platz und gut gelegen. Allerdings gibt es ein deutliches Manko beim Ein- und Ausfahren: Der QR-Code funktioniert nicht zuverlässig mit dem Handy. Stattdessen muss man ihn ausdrucken, was im Jahr 2026 wirklich nicht mehr zeitgemäß ist. Gerade unterwegs hat man selten die Möglichkeit, spontan etwas auszudrucken. Dasselbe Problem besteht auch bei der Ausfahrt, was unnötig umständlich ist und den sonst positiven Eindruck schmälert. Es wäre deutlich sinnvoller und moderner, wenn sich Ein- und Ausfahrt direkt per Smartphone steuern ließen – zum Beispiel über eine App oder einen digital lesbaren Code, der problemlos vom Display gescannt werden kann.
