Important information
Shuttle Star offers a professional parking service at Cologne-Bonn Airport, with a choice between a shuttle transfer and direct valet service at the terminal. The parking area is monitored by cameras as well as security personnel and offers the option to book additional services such as vehicle cleaning or refueling. As the car park is located within an environmental zone, a green environmental badge (Umweltplakette) is required for the vehicle.
Shuttle Star, based in Cologne, is a young company with professional staff who will make your parking experience as pleasant as possible. At Shuttle Star, you have the option of opting for the shuttle or valet service.
Please note that this car park is located in an environmental zone and that an environmental badge is required.
To ensure everything runs smoothly, please note that a fee of 15 € will be charged for delays of more than 30 minutes – even if you notify us in advance. If you arrive with a larger vehicle such as an SUV or van and/or a vehicle exceeding 2.00m in width or 4.00m in length, an additional charge applies and the vehicle keys must be left with the provider.
The shuttle transfer standardly includes 3 people; an additional fee is charged from the fourth person onwards as well as for bulky luggage. Please keep in mind that pets are unfortunately not allowed in the shuttle. The good news: the airport fee is already fully included in your parking price.
You can easily find your reservation voucher in your Parkos account. If you require an invoice, please request it directly from the parking provider on-site on the day of your return.

Hat alles super geklappt. Waren beim Rückflug etwa 1 Stunde vorher da, wurden trotzdem direkt mitgenommen. Auf dem Parkplatz sind leider viele Schlaglöcher daher mit tiefergelegten Autos nicht unbedingt zu empfehlen.
Die Ankunft lief reibungslos ab zwar waren alle etwas angespannt was ich auch verstehen kann…aber die Rückfahrt war die reinste Katastrophe ich bin froh das ich heile angekommen bin. Es fing an das wir ca. 25 Minuten warten mussten was aber kein Problem war. Danach stieg der total patzige Fahrer aus und fragte in die Runde wo man geparkt hat. Als wir im vollem Bus saßen redete der Fahrer weiter mit seinem Freund (ca 10 min). Daraufhin ging die Fahrt los…rote Ampel Kurven geschnitten…nach der Fahrt waren die 10 Tage Erholung hinüber.
Der Transfer zum Flughafen war unkompliziert. Ankunft angekommen und mussten 1 Stunde warten obwohl mehrfach telefonisch angerufen wo der Shuttle bleibt. NIE WIEDER SHUTTLE STAR !!!!!!!!
