Last but not least, each Prime customer will be assigned access from where they can remotely "control" their car until the day of collection!

Park-Orio low-cost is a complex monitored 24H NON STOP with a CCTV surveillance service. There Your car will be safe and protected by a professional surveillance system with an alarm system connected 24 hours a day to an operations center. All vehicles parked at the low-cost Park-Orio are covered by a policy stipulated by a primary care provider Insurance company against theft, fire and vandalism.

Maintenance/Assistance Services
While the car is parked safely in Park-Orio you can take advantage of its temporary downtime to request the many services made available by the structure:

Washing services
The cost for the standard hand washing service is for medium sized cars e.g. VW Golf is average dirty.
The definitive quantification of the cost of the intervention will be established on site when the car is deposited and by the personnel in charge depending on the size and/or condition of the car. Any difference will be paid directly to the car park. In the event of disagreement by the customer, the service will be canceled and the procedure for refunding any amount already paid online for the service will be started.

Reach Park-Orio low-cost. - A4 TURIN-VENICE HIGHWAY take the BERGAMO exit - Go through the barrier to pay the motorway toll - At the roundabout take the first exit and enter the freeway - After about 1 km exit towards AIRPORT. - You are on EXSS591, continue for about 1.2 km and take the GRASSOBBIO direction - At the roundabout turn left, you are in Via Grassobbio - Go past two roundabouts, after about 1km you are at a traffic light: turn left onto Via Tonale - Continue 400 meters and near the Q8 petrol station keep left - Continue straight, you are in via Orio al Serio and you have arrived! An operator will take photos of the vehicle to record its condition. A shuttle that circulates according to customer needs will immediately take you to the airport. The new mandatory unloading point for shuttles is P1 est.

Once you land and have collected all your luggage, call the number found in the confirmation email. The Park-Orio Low Cost shuttle will pick you up at the agreed meeting point.
