PARK-ORIO is the secure parking facility at Orio al Serio Airport, the ideal solution for those who want to park their car in a convenient and safe place during their trip. Reliable services, affordable rates, and a unique strategic location allow you to start your journey right away, with complete peace of mind, free from the usual hassles of finding a parking spot or the worry of finding yourself stuck in one of the many long lines that now regularly characterize the area around the terminal.

Really just 300 meters from the terminal, Park-Orio is easily accessible from the A4 motorway and/or the local state roads without the risk of having to venture into crowded towns or desolate industrial complexes. Once you arrive at the parking lot and complete the quick check-in procedures, a lightning-fast shuttle service will take you to the terminal in less than 2 minutes!

Park-Orio also offers a convenient valet service, for an additional fee. This service eliminates the time it takes to register your car and get you to the terminal. You can choose between an exclusive and personalized taxi service (which will take you directly to the terminal's departures) or a valet service, which will take you directly to the departures area. One of our staff will be waiting for you there and will then arrange for your car to be parked at Park-Orio. From the hostess to the reception desk, from the taxi service to the transfer route, every aspect is taken care of and personalized to make your trip truly "Prime." Last but not least, every Prime member will be assigned a dedicated access point where they can remotely "monitor" their car until the day of pick-up!

Special conditions for the shuttle service
The shuttle service is free for up to 4 people per vehicle, each carrying a maximum of 80x50x30 cm of luggage. For more than a 4th passenger and/or each additional piece of luggage, a surcharge is required, which can be booked online. For special baggage (bikes, surfboards, equipment, etc.), please contact the office.

Special conditions during peak periods
During peak season (July 10/September 5 + December 20/January 5), incoming vehicles will be repositioned between the Grassobbio office and the depots in Bergamo (via Magni 2) and Azzano (via Emilia 33). Hospitalization and travel are covered by a suitable insurance policy from a leading company.

Return to another airport
Does your return flight arrive at Malpensa or Linate airport? No problem, you can book the "Car Moving Return to Milan Malpensa or Linate Airport" service for an additional fee to collect your vehicle at the return terminal.

Conditions for Parking Large Vehicles
The published prices are for medium-sized vehicles measuring up to 4.80 meters (length), 1.85 meters (width), and 1.99 meters (height). For vehicles exceeding at least one of the above dimensions, but remaining within the limits of 5.20 meters (length), 190 meters (width), and 215 meters (height), a surcharge applies, which can be booked using our booking form. The maximum height for covered parking is 3.20 meters.

Maintenance/Assistance Services
While the car is parked safely in Park-Orio you can take advantage of its temporary downtime to request the many services made available by the structure:
- Washing (carried out by hand) and sanitization of the interior and/or climate systems
- Changing and repairing tires
- Maintenance coupons
- Recharges of: electric cars, starter batteries and air conditioners
- Replacement of windows and application of darkening films - Decarbonization treatment
- Bodywork and mechanical work in general - Periodic inspection

Washing services
The cost for the standard hand washing service is for medium sized cars e.g. VW Golf is average dirty.
The definitive quantification of the cost of the intervention will be established on site when the car is deposited and by the personnel in charge depending on the size and/or condition of the car. Any difference will be paid directly to the car park. In the event of disagreement by the customer, the service will be canceled and the procedure for refunding any amount already paid online for the service will be started.
