Gracias Dani!Antes estaba bien, pero ahora deja mucho que desear. Avisé de que había recibido el coche rayado, amablemente comprobaron sus fotos. Al ver que anteriormente no estaba así, empezaron a decir que no es responsabilidad suya ya que tendría que haber avisado antes. Intento hablar con ellos por teléfono y no lo cogen, pero para otras cosas si. Le mandé una reclamación formal y solicitud de preservación de las cámaras y no he recibido respuesta a ninguno de los varios correos. Para no repetir

Gracias por su reseña!Todo muy bien y super atentos, lo único que al entregarnos el cotxe hacia un olor insoportable a tabaco, no digo que fumaran dentro porque no lo se, pero la persona que lo trajo se ve que fuma y se quedo todo el olor dentro... La única pega esa.
