At **Serparking Alicante**, you can choose between two services designed for your convenience. With the **Shuttle service**, simply drop your car at our outdoor parking lot and a professional driver will take you straight to the airport terminal. Upon your return, we will pick you up and bring you back to your vehicle without delay.
With the **Valet service**, the airport is your only stop: a uniformed driver will meet you right at the departures terminal, collect your car, and park it in our secure facilities. When you return, your vehicle will be waiting at the terminal, ready for you to continue your journey without losing a single minute.
Traveling from Alicante has never been easier thanks to **Serparking**. More than just a parking facility, we are your trusted partner to start your journey with comfort and peace of mind. Located less than 10 minutes from Alicante-Elche Airport, Serparking combines safety, speed, and personalized service so your only concern is enjoying your trip.

Arrival: If you book the **Shuttle service**, simply drive to our facilities (location available on Google Maps). For your convenience, one day before your booking you will receive a message with all the instructions you need. If you choose the **Valet service**, head straight to the departures terminal at Alicante-Elche Airport. Call us 30 minutes before your arrival and a uniformed driver will be waiting to collect your car on the spot.
Return: Upon landing, just give us a quick call —ideally from the plane— and everything will be ready. With the Shuttle service, our driver will pick you up at the terminal and take you back to your car. With the Valet service, your vehicle will be waiting at the departures terminal so you can continue your journey without wasting any time.

Como sabes, Parkos es una plataforma de comparación para encontrar aparcamientos, por lo que no proporcionamos el servicio de estacionamiento directamente. Saludos cordiales, Liz de ParkosMuy malo acceso al lugar de aparcamiento. Muy mala señalización. Muy mal firme, lleno de socavones. Además en regreso desde que llamé por teléfono una vez aterrizado hasta que contactamos con el conductor, pasaron más de 40 minutos. Lo que ocurrió es que teníamos al conductor a nuestro lado, pero no tenia ningún logotipo de su empresa. Hacia mucho calor al sol . Y tuvimos que estar allí al sol más de 15 minutos.

Hola, gracias por compartir tu experiencia con SerParking. Siento leer sobre las malas condiciones de las instalaciones del parking y la falta de organización a vuestro regreso. Vamos a ponernos en contacto con el proveedor para reportar el estado del parking y la mala señalización del recinto. Asimismo, abordaremos la situación con la identificación de los conductores, ya que es fundamental para que podáis localizarlos rápidamente en el aeropuerto sin perder un tiempo tan valioso. Saludos, Mario de ParkosGenial, teníamos contratado el servicio para dejar el coche en sus instalaciones y nos ofrecieron la recogida del vehículo en el propio aeropuerto sin coste alguno. No tuvimos q esperar ni 5 minutos ni a la ida ni a la vuelta. Sin duda un 10
