Éramos cuatro viajeros, he reservado muchos parkings en Alicante y nunca me habían puesto pegas para llevarnos a todos y recogernos a todos. El mismo día del viaje me avisaron por watsapp para decirme que solo llevarían al conductor. Salíamos muy temprano y con niños, por lo que nos venía muy mal, y accedieron a llevarnos a los cuatro. El problema vino a la recogida. Avisé como siempre y me llegó una respuesta automática. Después de estar esperando 15 minutos, ni me habían contestado. Me quejé y me contestaron diciendo que había mucha gente y que tuviera paciencia. Nos tuvieron 40 minutos esperando en el aeropuerto, y no fuimos los únicos. Por mi parte, no volveré a contratar con ellos.
Todo genial, la atencion al cliente amable, rapido, eficiente. No se puede desear mas.

En general todo bien. Los chicos muy amables. Tubimos un problema con el coche y no hubo problema de cambiar la reserva el coche. Solo en contra que esperemos un poco mas de lo esperadi al voler però era l'ofici habia mucha gente.
Fue muy rápido el transporte, los trabajadores muy agradables y está muy cerca del aeropuerto, en apenas 5min estábamos en la puerta del aeropuerto. Muy recomendable
Horrible. Nadie me respondia al telefono ni venian a por el coche por lo que tuve que contratar otro servicio
