Fahrer waren sehr schnell am Flughafen zur Übergabe und sehr freundlich. Gerne wieder
Hat alles sehr gut geklappt. Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich. Das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis stimmt. Für die telefonische Kontaktaufnahme auf dem Weg zum Flughafen und nach der Ankunft des Rückflugs waren mehrere Versuche nötig, aber dann hat doch alles gut funktioniert.
Hatte den Service gebucht. Mein Auto ist auf dem Weg zur Autobahn mit dem Ziel Flughafen kaputt gegangen (dies kann ich beweisen) . Ich habe angerufen und direkt wurde mir gesagt, dass ich das Geld nicht zurück bekomme. Eigentlich hätte ich eine Teilerstattung erwartet, da ja keiner kommen muss und abholen/bringen musste sowie kein Parkplatz genutzt wurde. Naja sowohl parkos als auch der Anbieter haben sich dazu nicht geäußert. Ist nicht kundenorientiert sondern Profitgier. Würde es nicht nochmal nutzen.
