On the day of your trip, you will drive directly to the parking area of Kelekci-Parkservice at Gottlieb-Daimler Straße 7. The parking area is only 12 minutes away from the airport. Once there, a video recording of your vehicle will be made on site. Afterwards, a member of staff will take you by shuttle bus to the airport for departures 3 + 4. Once you are back at the airport on your return, you should call when you are at baggage claim. If you do not have any luggage, you should call immediately after landing. The staff member will then meet you again with the shuttle bus at Departure 3 + 4 and drive you back to your vehicle.

Valet-Service

On the day of your trip you will drive directly to Stuttgart airport. Once there, a Kelekci-Parkservice employee will pick up your vehicle and park it safely in the car park. When you return, the staff member will drive your car back to the airport terminal so that you can continue your journey home immediately.

How does shuttle parking work?

Arrival
On the day of your trip you drive directly to the car park of Kelekci-Parkservice. Call Kelekci-Parkservice half an hour before your arrival in Gottlieb-Daimler Straße 7, 71144 Steinenbronn. You will find the telephone number above. Once there, a video recording of your vehicle will be made on the spot. An employee will then drive you to the airport by shuttle bus to departure hall 3+4.

Return
As soon as you return to the airport, you should call when you reach the baggage carousel. If you do not have baggage, you should call immediately after landing. The staff will then meet you with the shuttle bus at Departures Hall 3+4 and take you back to your car.

Please note that at present the key must be handed in if required.

How does valet parking work?

Arrival

On the day of your trip, you will drive directly to departure terminal 3 + 4, where you will be met by an employee of Kelekci-Parkservice. He will recognise you by your number plate and car model, which you indicated when you made your reservation. A vehicle inspection with video will take place at the meeting point to avoid misunderstandings afterwards. You hand over your car keys and can already enter the airport building while the employee parks your vehicle safely in the car park in front of you.

Return

When you land back at Stuttgart Airport, please call Kelekci-Parkservice 20 minutes before you arrive at the meeting point and confirm your arrival. You can find the telephone number above. You then pick up your suitcases and go back to the meeting point (before 8 p.m.: arrival levels 3+4; after 8 p.m.: departure terminals 3 + 4) where you also handed in your car. Once there, the key will be handed over again and then you can continue your journey home.
