With AYA Parking you book an insured parking provider who offers you a first-class shuttle service. You can choose whether you want to park your vehicle under a roof or on the secured open space. In addition, the parking area is secured around the clock by supervisory staff.
You can safely park your vehicle on the premises of AYA Parking. The car park is completely fenced in and there is always staff on site, so you can leave your vehicle at AYA Parking without any worries. AYA Parking is insured with Allianz. Since you park your car yourself with the shuttle service, no damage inspection of your vehicle is carried out with this service.
With AYA Parking you have the option to book additional services:
This includes a thorough vehicle cleaning with preparation, a refueling service for both combustion engines and electric vehicles.
If you need a child seat for the shuttle bus ride, AYA Parking offers child seats in various sizes.
Please note that the booking price includes 5 people. For each additional person, €10.00 per person will be charged.
For larger vehicles (e.g. vans, bullis, transporters, sprinters, etc.) there is a surcharge of €15.
The maximum entrance height to the car park is 2.10 meters. Please note that there is a surcharge for parking oversized vehicles (e.g. vans, bullis, transporters, sprinters, etc.).
Vehicles larger than the examples above (XL vehicles), such as: B. Truck-like vehicles, vehicles with trailers, mobile homes, etc., must be registered with the parking provider in advance.
To park XL vehicles, the vehicle key must be handed over.How does shuttle parking work?
Arrival
On the day of your trip, drive directly to the parking area of AYA Parking. Telephone the driver 20 minutes before you arrive at the parking lot. You can find the phone number of the driver in your reservation confirmation. Since the shuttle bus runs individually for each customer, it is important that you register with the driver for your journey to the airport. An employee will then take you by shuttle bus to the airport for departures 3 + 4. You can book a child seat free of charge. With 2 child seats, a surcharge of 5 € will be charged on site.
Return journey
On your return to the airport, you should call as soon as you are in baggage claim. If you don't have luggage, call directly after passport control. The driver will then pick you up immediately at the airport. Please go back to the Departures level between Terminals 3 and 4, where you were dropped off on arrival.
Note on arrival
Please note the following: Courtesy towards the parking provider has top priority. This also applies to the parking provider towards the customers. Insults and inappropriate behaviour of any kind will not be tolerated. There may be waiting times for a shuttle service.
