About the service

With AYA Parking, you are booking an insured parking provider with a top-class shuttle service. The shuttle bus runs approximately every 20 minutes. Usually, you park your car yourself and keep your keys. However, please be aware that during peak travel seasons or busy periods, you might be asked to leave your keys with the staff for logistical reasons.

You can choose to park your vehicle either in the secure outdoor area or in a covered parking garage. The location is just 5 minutes away from Stuttgart Airport.

Surcharges and Extra Info

Please note that some extra services or vehicle types require an additional fee, which is paid directly at the car park:

• Large Vehicles: For larger cars like vans, transporters, or campers (e.g., VW Bus, Sprinter), there is a surcharge of €15.00.
• Extra Passengers: The shuttle price includes transfer for up to 4 people. For every additional passenger, a fee of €10.00 applies.
• Child Seats: One child seat is provided for free. If you need a second one, there is a €5.00 charge.
• Extensions: If you stay longer than booked, the cost is €15.00 per extra day. Please inform the provider immediately if your plans change.

How the shuttle works

Arrival

• Drive directly to the AYA Parking address in Ostfildern on the day of your trip.
• Please call the driver 20 minutes before you arrive at the parking lot (the number is in your confirmation email).
• Staff will show you where to park. You will then be driven to the airport departures area (Terminal 3 + 4).

Return

• On your return, please call the driver once you have collected your luggage. If you have no checked bags, call right after passport control.
• The driver will pick you up at the same spot: Departures level, between Terminal 3 and 4.
• You will be driven back to your car to complete your journey home.
