Valet-Service

When you arrive at Terminal 3+4, one of the competent staff members will already be waiting for you. He or she will take your vehicle and drive it to the car park without delay. On your return, your vehicle will be handed back to you punctually at Terminal 3+4 and you can begin your journey home in comfort.

Please note that this airport is located in an environmental zone and that an environmental badge is required.

You can safely park your vehicle on the PARKinSTR site. The car park is fully fenced and staff are on site at all times, so you can leave your vehicle at PARKinSTR without worry. Your car keys are kept safely in a safe.

When you hand over your vehicle at the airport terminal, a vehicle check will also be carried out. This involves checking your car for any pre-existing damage. This helps to avoid misunderstandings later on.

The park area is open for you 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The service is also available to you during this time. A PARKinSTR employee will be happy to help you unload and load your luggage. PARKinSTR also has jumper cables.

There is a 2.10m height restriction on your vehicle for the park area, please note this.

How does Valet-Parking work?

Arrival

You will drive directly to Stuttgart Airport on the day of your trip. Due to the KISS-and-FLY zone at Stuttgart Airport, the parking provider asks you to contact them by phone 30 minutes before your scheduled time of car drop-off. Only after your call will a member of staff be waiting for you at Terminal 3/4. After a short vehicle check, the vehicle will be handed over. You can then enter the airport building and your vehicle will be driven to the secured parking area. Meeting point: Stuttgart Airport, Terminal 3/4, Flughafenstrasse 70629 Stuttgart; follow signs for Departures / KISS-and-FLY. Please note: If you do not pre-announce your car drop-off and drive yourself to the meeting point, ParkinSTR will not cover any costs incurred at the KISS-and-FLY zone. When you arrive back at Stuttgart Airport while waiting for your luggage, call ParkinSTR. The ParkinSTR driver will bring your vehicle back to the terminal.
