When you arrive, drive to the parking address and use the access to the underground car park to get to the Parkoa parking spaces. Contact the driver number 20 minutes before your arrival. You will be assigned a parking space. The driver will then take you by shuttle bus to Terminal 3+4 on the departure level, which is also your pick-up point. On your return journey and after collecting your luggage, go up one floor to Terminal 3+4. Only contact the driver at the meeting point. You will then be taken back to your vehicle and can continue on your way.

Important Information:

The start of your vacation will be even more relaxing with the following services: interior cleaning and full car wash. You can add these when booking for an additional charge.

Please note that there is a height restriction of 2.10 m for your vehicle in the parking area.

Arrival:

On the day of your trip, please drive to Fabrikstrasse 23, 70794 Filderstadt. To get to the publicly operated parking spaces of Parkoa, please use the entrance to the underground car park of the two-wheeler center STADLER. The parking spaces are located in the rear area of ​​the underground car park.

Please contact the driver number 20 minutes before your arrival. You will be assigned a parking space upon arrival. Please only park backwards. If you have any difficulties, our driver will be happy to help you. Our driver will then take you by shuttle bus to Terminal 3+4 on the departure level, which is also your pick-up point.

Please note that there is sometimes poor cell reception in the underground car park. During peak times on weekdays between 6:00 a.m. and 8:00 a.m. in the direction of the airport on the B27, the transfer can take 4-6 minutes longer.

Return journey:

To get to the meeting point on the Departure level TERMINAL 3+4, after collecting your luggage, we ask you to go up one floor or use the elevator or escalator. Please do not contact our driver to be picked up until you have arrived at the meeting point. An early call may result in the driver coming to the meeting point while you are not yet ready to be picked up. This may lead to unreasonable waiting times as the Kiss and Fly zone has a maximum stay of 8 minutes and the driver is not allowed to return to the meeting point again until after 15 minutes.
