How does parking at Terminal Parking Schiphol work?
Shuttle service
If you choose Terminal Parking Schiphol's shuttle service, you will drive directly to the Terminal Parking Schiphol site. Call 30 minutes in advance to confirm your arrival. Once you arrive, park your car and the Terminal Parking Schiphol shuttle bus will take you to the airport. On the way back, call as soon as you have all your luggage complete, the shuttle bus will pick you up at the same location as the way out and take you back to your car.
Valet service
If you choose Terminal Parking Schiphol's Valet service, you'll drive straight to Schiphol's departure hall. Call your driver from Terminal Parking Schiphol half an hour in advance to confirm your arrival. Your driver will be waiting for you in the bend between departure hall 2 and 3. After a quick check-in, you can continue your journey while the driver of Terminal Parking Schiphol parks your car for you.
On the way back, call your driver as soon as you have all your luggage complete. Your car will be handed back to you in the bend between departure hall 2 and 3.
Night surcharge (between 00:00 and 07:00) If you want to park your car between 00:00 and 07:00, Terminal Parking Schiphol charges a night surcharge of 15 euros on top of the price.

Immer wieder
Bei der Abholung mussten wir beim Hinflug sehr lange warten. Beim Rückflug hat alles reibungslos funktioniert.
Alles reibungslos geklappt. Allerdings hätte der Parkplatz besser ausgeschildert sein können. Man konnte es aber an den Kennzeichen erkennen. Transfer ging sehr schnell.
Der Parkplatz ist nicht an der Adresse, wie im Internet beschrieben. Am Gebäude selbst gibt es keinen Hinweis darauf, dass der Parkplatz so heißt und ist nicht beschildert. War also für uns sehr schlecht zu finden. Es war ein weitere Kontakt per Telefon nötig., um den Oarkplatz zu finden. Das Abholen am Flugplatz klappte ebenfalls nicht so gut. Es dauerte viel länger als angegeben. Es wurden auch weitere Gäste zu anderen Parkplätzen gebracht, bevor unsere dann endlich angesteuert worden ist. Ebenfalls ist das Shittleauto nicht mit dem Firmennamen beschildert und so am Flughafen nicht zuerkennen. Das Ganze dauerte bestimmt 45 Minuten ….für meine Ansicht viel zu lange.
