How does Holiday Parking's valet service work?
You drive to Schiphol's departure hall on the day of your trip, where a Holiday Parking employee will be waiting for you. After checking your car, the driver will take your car to the secure lot 8 minutes from Schiphol in Hoofddorp.Once back from your trip, call Holiday Parking as soon as you have all your luggage complete. The driver will hand over your car to you at the same place where you dropped it off. There will be another check. Once everything is agreed, you can continue your journey.

U rijdt op de dag van u reis naar de vertrekhal van Schiphol, hier wacht een medewerker van Holiday Parking op u. Na een check van uw auto neemt de chauffeur uw auto mee naar het beveiligde terrein op 8 minuten vanaf Schiphol in Hoofddorp.
If you park at Holiday Parking Schiphol, it is possible to make use of various extra services. For example, you can have your car washed, refueled or recharged and it is even possible to have minor maintenance carried out.
Arrival
On the day of your trip, drive towards Schiphol Airport. Call your Holiday Parking driver 30 minutes before you arrive at Schiphol Airport! Your Holiday Parking driver will be waiting for you between departure hall 2 and 3. After confirming your reservation, the driver will help you with your luggage and check your car for any damage together with you. This is done to avoid any misunderstandings upon your return.
While you check in for your flight, Holiday Parking's driver will park your car in the secure lot.
Return
Once you return from your trip, call your Holiday Parking driver as soon as you receive your luggage back. The driver will drive your car to Schiphol Airport. After another short check of your car, you can continue your journey.

Es war sehr gut organisiert, 30 Minuten vor Ankunft Anruf und schon wartete jdm auf mich, um mein Auto im Empfang zu nehmen. Beim Abholen genau das Gleiche, wir haben sehr schnell die Koffer bekommen und haben nur 5 Minuten auf unser Auto gewartet. Zum Parkplatz kann ich nichts sagen, da direkte Übergabe am Flughafen. Autor war unversehrt wieder in Empfang genommen :-) Ein ganz toller Service, direkt am Flughafen in Empfang genommen zu werden. Werde ich auf jeden Fall wieder machen, wenn ich von Schiphol fliege und werde es weiter empfehlen.
Prrfekter Service, es geht nicht besser! Super freundlich, super pünktlich, ich werde erneut buchen und weiterempfehlen. Vielrn Dank

Professionell und unkompliziert
Disappointing, Upon arrival speaking with the operator was cumbersome, they couldn't find my details even though i quoted reference number so waited in road out side terminal. Operator was rude on the call on my return when i was 4 mins late. Call service should be automated like the other valet parking options.
