Important information
Alfa-Parking offers a fast, safe and good shuttle service for Rotterdam The Hague Airport. You drive to the covered garage, park your car and the shuttle bus will take you to the airport in just 11 minutes.
Shuttle service
Arrival
On the day of your trip, call Alfa-Parking 20 minutes before you arrive at the premises. This is to confirm your arrival. You will enter the Europoint garage by pulling an entry card at the barrier. After parking your car, exit at the ground-floor exit. The Shuttle bus pick-up point is at the entrance to the car park.
Return
Once you have your luggage, please call your Afla parking Shuttle driver and wait wherever we dropped you off at the K&R (Kiss and Ride). Once back at the garage, check out your car and continue your journey.

Rating and reviews
Zowel bij de heenweg als de terugweg stond de shuttle al op mij te wachten. Personeel was erg vriendelijk en beter kan men niet verwachten! Helaas is het in het beoordelingsformulier niet mogelijk nul minuten in te vullen?
Fijn en goede service
Alles goed geregeld! Vriendelijke chauffeurs, netjes optijd en behulpzaam!
Super fijne ervaring. Auto stond veilig en we werden echt direct na het parkeren netjes naar de airport gebracht en met ophalen hadden ze zelf onze vertraging etc in de gaten gehouden en stonden ze ondanks onze chaotische terug vlucht al klaar zodra we buiten kwamen. Ook de communicatie was erg duidelijk en super vriendelijk. Echt een aanrader!!
