Conditions of Sale

Article 1 — Delays in Arrival

Any arrival delayed by 30 minutes or more will be charged at a rate of €20 per hour of delay, calculated per hour started from the first half-hour exceeded.

Article 2 — Night Rate

For any vehicle drop-off or pick-up that takes place between 9:00 PM and 7:00 AM, a night surcharge of €10 will be automatically added to the service fee.

Article 3 — Sundays and Public Holidays

Any reservation for which the pick-up and/or drop-off is scheduled on a Sunday or public holiday will incur a surcharge of €10.

Article 4 — Delayed or Diverted Flights — Charles de Gaulle Airport

For any flight delayed by 3 hours or more, as well as for any flight diverted to or from Charles de Gaulle Airport after midnight, a surcharge of €50 will be charged to the client. A detailed invoice will be provided to allow them to initiate a compensation process with the relevant airline, if they wish.

Article 5 — Responsibility for Vehicle Condition

Any scratch or damage noted after the vehicle is returned, from the moment it leaves the drop-off zone, will incur the responsibility of the vehicle owner. It is strongly recommended to conduct a thorough inspection before and after each pick-up.

Article 6 — Special Vehicle Surcharge

A surcharge of €40 will apply for any service performed with an oversized vehicle (Renault Trafic, Citroën Jumpy, etc.) or a vehicle such as a large pickup or SUV (Ford Ranger, RAM, etc.).

Drop-off: Call the valet one hour before arrival at Orly airport drop-off area at the agreed time, and our friendly valet will take care of the rest. Enjoy Your Trip: Head to your flight with peace of mind, knowing that your vehicle is in safe hands. Pick-up: Upon your return, simply contact the valet before taking your flight, and we'll have your vehicle ready and waiting for you at the designated pick-up point on arrival.

An invoice will be sent to the customer, who may then initiate a compensation procedure with the airline. - The owner of the vehicle will be held responsible for any scratches or damage found after the vehicle has been returned (as soon as it leaves the drop-off point). - An additional €40 will be charged for commercial vehicles (e.g. Trafic, Jumpy, etc.).
