Instructions
To park with Gazelle Parking, follow the instructions you will receive in your confirmation email. If you have booked the valet service, you will need to drive directly to Barcelona-El Prat Airport. If you choose the shuttle service, you will head directly to the Gazelle Parking facilities. Don't worry, all specific details will be included in the confirmation email after you complete your booking.
Important information
Gazelle Parking is a parking option accessible to users. They offer uncovered valet parking service in their enclosed and protected facility. They are located just 7 minutes from the airport.
The parking lot's opening hours are from 04:00 to 01:00. Openings outside of these hours will incur an additional cost of 10 euros, provided that prior notice of a possible flight change or delay is given and their acceptance is obtained.
Gazelle Parking has a maximum vehicle size restriction. The maximum height allowed is 2 meters.
Delays:
At Gazelle Parking, they understand that delays can happen. If a customer is delayed up to 10 minutes for pickup, it's no problem. However, if the delay exceeds 10 minutes, they must continue operations and will return in 12 minutes to assist the next customers.
