With the Alpina Parkgarage Perlach Plaza parking facility, you can park easily and take the S-Bahn and U-Bahn to the airport in a relaxed manner. Ideal if you are planning a short stopover in the city, but also simply to park your vehicle safely in the high-standard underground car park during your trip.

IMPORTANT: THERE IS NO SHUTTLE SERVICE TO MUNICH AIRPORT.

Travel to the airport:

Take the U5 U-Bahn line in the direction of "Laimer Platz" to "Ostbahnhof" (4 stops, every 20 minutes).

At "Ostbahnhof", change to the S-Bahn line "S8" in the direction of "Munich Airport", which goes directly to the airport.

The total journey time is 45 minutes.

Buying a ticket:

You can buy your ticket to the airport at the ticket machines in the subway station.

Holders of the "Germany Ticket" do not need another ticket.

There is very limited local public transport between 00:40 and 04:11. The journey to the airport takes longer during this period.

Directions

The entrance to the parking garage is at Von-Knoeringen-Straße 19, 81737 Munich.

Entrance

If you have provided the license plate number when booking, the barrier will open automatically using the camera-based technology.

If this is not the case, pull You will receive a ticket when entering, which will later be validated by Alpina.

If the barrier does not open automatically when entering:

Press the help button on the entrance column and inform the control center that the booking was made via Parkos and has already been paid for.

Alternatively, take a parking ticket, which is not needed and can be disposed of.

Parking

Parking is available on levels UG 2 and UG 3.

From there you can either take an escalator to level UG 1 or take the elevator to level UG 1

Continuing your journey

From level UG 1, a covered connecting corridor leads to the "Neuperlach-Zentrum" underground station.

Ticket purchase:

At the ticket machines in the You can buy your ticket to the airport at the subway station.

Holders of the "Germany Ticket" do not need another ticket.

From 00:40 to 04:11 there is very limited public transport (local public transport). The journey to the airport takes longer during this period.

Return to the parking garage:

From the airport:

Take the S-Bahn line S8 in the direction of "Herrsching" from the airport (don't forget to buy a ticket at the machine) to "Ostbahnhof".

Continue your journey:

At "Ostbahnhof" take the U5 subway line in the direction of "Neuperlach Süd" and get off at the "Neuperlach Zentrum" stop.

Get off:

Get off at the "Neuperlach Zentrum" stop.

Return to the parking garage:

Go back through the connecting corridor to the "Perlach Plaza" (level 1, UG). From there you can take the escalator back to UG 2 or the elevator to UG 3, depending on which level your car is parked on.

Exit:

You do not need a ticket when exiting, as the camera-based technology automatically recognises your license plate number and the barrier opens. HAVE A NICE JOURNEY HOME!!!

If the barrier does not open automatically when exiting:

Press the help button on the exit column and tell the control centre that you are a Parkos customer and have paid in advance. The barrier will then be opened manually.

You can download your reservation receipt in your Parkos account. If you need an invoice, please ask the parking provider directly on the day of your return.

Ich hatte relativ kurzfristig gebucht, 24 Stunden vorher! Erst bei näher hinsehen ist mir die Entfernung zum Flughafen aufgefallen. Stornieren lässt sich die Buchung innerhalb 24 Stunden vorher aber nicht. Auf Anfrage wurde ich darauf auch noch mal hingewiesen. ACHTUNG: wirklich nur buchen, wenn man ganz sicher ist, dass eine sehr weite Anreise zum Flughafen haben möchte und garantiert kein Geld zurückbekommt!

Der Zugang aus der Tiefgarage früh morgens, sowie der Zugang zur Tiefgarage zur normalen Uhrzeit abends an Sonn- und Feiertagen ist nicht unkompliziert möglich. Der einzige Weg raus und rein war für uns der Weg über die Autozufahrt. Sowohl die Treppenhäuser als auch die Aufzüge waren verschlossen.

Leider wird nach der Buchung das KFZ-Kennzeichenin das automatische Erkennungssystem nicht, oder zu spät, eingepflegt. Dadurch kommt es bei der Ausfahrt fast immer zu Problemen, die aber dann vom Wachpersonal gelöst werden.

Die U-Bahn funktioniert sehr gut, nur die S-Bahn kann ausfallen oder Verspätung haben. Sie braucht auch eine halbe Stunde ohne Verspätung. Man sollte daher etwas Puffer zur Sicherheit einplanen. Mit dem Parkplatz war sonst alles in Ordnung und es war eine gute und günstige Möglichkeit. Der Parkplatz ist neben/unter einem Einkaufszentrum. Dort gibt es auch die Möglichkeit noch etwas gemütlich zu essen.
