Every car journey begins and ends with parking! Alpina currently offers a high-quality parking experience at 8 locations in Munich, Starnberg, Dachau and Regensburg. More locations will be opening soon. The Perlach Plaza underground car park was opened at the end of 2022 and has 448 parking spaces.
The Perlach Plaza car park is open 24/7. The entrance and exit are secured by cameras. There are several high-traffic shops in the Perlach Plaza car park, so there is a lot of footfall during normal opening hours. The underground car park has optimum security standards and infrastructure.
With the Alpina Parkgarage Perlach Plaza parking facility, you can park easily and take the S-Bahn and U-Bahn to the airport in a relaxed manner. Ideal if you are planning a short stopover in the city, but also simply to park your vehicle safely in the high-standard underground car park during your trip.
IMPORTANT: THERE IS NO SHUTTLE SERVICE TO MUNICH AIRPORT.
Travel to the airport:
Take the U5 U-Bahn line in the direction of "Laimer Platz" to "Ostbahnhof" (4 stops, every 20 minutes).
At "Ostbahnhof", change to the S-Bahn line "S8" in the direction of "Munich Airport", which goes directly to the airport.
The total journey time is 45 minutes.
Buying a ticket:
You can buy your ticket to the airport at the ticket machines in the subway station.
Holders of the "Germany Ticket" do not need another ticket.
There is very limited local public transport between 00:40 and 04:11. The journey to the airport takes longer during this period.IMPORTANT: THERE IS NO SHUTTLE SERVICE TO MUNICH AIRPORT.

Directions
The entrance to the parking garage is at Von-Knoeringen-Straße 19, 81737 Munich.
Entrance
If you have provided the license plate number when booking, the barrier will open automatically using the camera-based technology.
If this is not the case, take a ticket from the Entrance, which is later validated by Alpina.
Parking
Parking is available on the UG 2 and UG 3 levels.
From there you can either take an escalator to the UG 1 level or take the elevator to the UG 1 level
Continuing your journey
From the UG 1 level, a covered connecting corridor leads to the "Neuperlach-Zentrum" subway station.
Buying tickets:
You can buy your ticket to the airport at the ticket machines in the subway station.

Return to the parking garage:
From the airport:
Take the S-Bahn line S8 in the direction of "Herrsching" from the airport (don't forget to buy a ticket at the machine) to "Ostbahnhof".
Continue your journey:
At "Ostbahnhof" change to the U5 subway line in the direction of "Neuperlach Süd" and travel to the "Neuperlach Zentrum" stop.
Exit:
Get off at the "Neuperlach Zentrum" stop.
Return to the parking garage:
Walk through the connecting corridor back to the "Perlach Plaza" (level 1, basement). From there, take the escalator back to basement 2 or the elevator to basement 3, depending on which level your car is parked on.
Exit:
You don't need a ticket when you exit, as the camera-based technology automatically recognizes your license plate and the barrier opens.
