Through our GPS Project, we continually monitor as many partners as possible to ensure ongoing reliability and transparency.

Here's how we do it:

Adding a Parking Provider

When a parking provider wants to join Parkos, they reach out to us. First, we ensure they meet our standards and requirements. Only after they pass all our criteria we add them to our platform.

Contact with the customer

Our GPS project team then connects with a customer who has booked with one of our car valet partners and meets the necessary criteria. We send an invite to join our GPS project, making it a collaborative effort.

Sending the GPS tracking device

If a customer agrees to participate and responds promptly, we send a GPS device to the address they provide. The package includes easy-to-follow instructions on how to use and place the device in their car. At the end of their trip, the customer sends the GPS device back to us, and we apply a discount to their parking costs as a thank-you for their help.

GPS Functionality

From our Parkos offices, we can track the GPS device to ensure that the customer's car is taken directly from the airport to the designated parking address, following the expected route.

Evaluation Verified badge

We expect all cars to be taken to the declared parking address. If we find that a car is not stored as stated, we contact the parking provider immediately. Each partner must inform Parkos of the correct addresses where they store the cars. If a car is parked at an unknown address, it means the partner has not honored their agreement with Parkos. We then conduct further checks, and if the issue persists, we remove the partner from our platform.
