With valet parking you do not drive to the car park itself, but directly to the airport. An employee of ParkenAirportDus Düsseldorf will be waiting for you in the departure hall. After a short inspection of your car for possible damage, you can check in for your flight while the driver parks your car in the car park. On the way back your car will be brought to the airport.
The outdoor area of Parkenairportdus is fenced and paved. Your car keys are safely stored in a safe.
During the handover, your car will be checked for any existing damage. Photos are taken and the odometer reading is noted. You fill in the form together with the driver in order to avoid any misunderstandings. Your car is insured according to the general terms and conditions of the parking provider.

An employee will recognize your car by the license plate and car model you provided when making the reservation. The driver will check your reservation confirmation with you. On your return journey, contact the parking provider by phone shortly before you reach the baggage claim. The parking provider's driver will then make his way directly to pick you up at the exit of your terminal at the airport.
