Please note the following information:

Delays or vacation extensions must be reported immediately to the parking provider in writing, by email, or by phone.

In case of late return, the surcharge can be paid to the parking provider in cash on site.

Max. height: unlimited; max. width: 2.00m; max. length: 5.00m. The parking provider does not accept larger vehicles with a length exceeding 5.20 meters.

Valet Arrival

Arrival
On the day of your trip, you will travel to Düsseldorf Airport. Please call 30 minutes before your arrival to confirm your arrival time. An employee will recognize your car using the license plate number and car model you provided during the reservation. The driver will check your reservation confirmation with you. Your vehicle will be parked at the following address: Gothaer Str. 18, 40880 Ratingen, Germany.

On your return journey, please contact the parking provider by phone shortly before you reach baggage claim. The parking provider's driver will then head directly to pick you up at the exit of your terminal at the airport.

You can download your reservation receipt in your Parkos account. If you need an invoice, please ask the parking provider directly on the day of your return.
