FlugParkDus offers both shuttle- and valet-service.
If you decide for the shuttle-service of FlugParkDus, you will drive to the parking lot at the day of departure. You will park your car on the secured parking lot of FlugParkDus, which is guarded 24/7. The parking lot is on approximately 20 min driving distance from the Düsseldorf airport.
With the valet-service of FlugParkDus, you will drive directly to the airport terminal. An employee will be waiting for you there, so you will not waste any time looking for a parking lot. During your absence your car will be parked on the secured parking lot of FlugParkDus, so you do not need to worry.

Shuttle service
Arrival
On the day of departure, you will drive to the parking lot of FlugParkDus. Upon your arrival, your vehicle will be inspected on previously existing damages, and an employee will make pictures of your car to prevent misunderstandings later. Afterwards, you will park your car. The shuttle-bus will bring you to the airport within approximately 20 minutes.
If you would like to park your minivan or camper, there will be an additional charge which you can pay at the spot. Please notify FlugParkDus in advance. Our staff will also drive you and 2 other people to the airport free of charge.
Return
Please contact FlugParkDus as soon as you have landed. In this way, FlugParkDus will be able to pick you up at the right time from Departures B/C. After the transfer back to the parking lot, your car will be ready.
In case of questions or changes to your reservation in the weekend or 24 hours before the start of your trip, please contact the parking provider.
Valet service

If you have a minivan, oversized vehicles or a camper van, a surcharge of 30€ will be applied, which you can pay in cash on site. Please notify FlugParkDus in advance.

The parking lot is guarded 24 hours a day, 7 days a week by the employees of FlugParkDus.
Furthermore, the provider has various washing programmes for your vehicle, which you can add to your reservation during the booking process: Exterior wash for 39€ and interior wash for 59€.
The provider also offers a fuel service. In addition to the cost of filling the tank, the provider will ask you to pay a fee of 20.00€ for this service. If you would like to charge your electric car, this is possible for an additional charge of 40.00€. If you have a minivan, oversized vehicles or a motorhome, there is a surcharge of 30€, which you can pay in cash on site.
This parking provider includes up to 2 people for the shuttle service. For each additional person, the parking provider charges an extra 5 euros per person.
