Important information

Flugparkdus offers a shuttle service. If you would like to use this service, on the day of your trip, drive to the Flugparkdus parking lot where you can leave your car. The car park is located approximately 7 minutes from the airport and is guarded by Flugparkdus staff 24 hours a day.



Flugparkdus offers shuttle service. If you use the Flugparkdus shuttle service, you will drive to the Flugparkdus parking lot on the day of your trip. Park your car there. The parking lot is about 7 minutes from the airport.



An additional charge applies for larger minivans or motorhomes. Vehicles longer than 5 m cannot be accepted by the parking provider.

The parking provider has child seats on site.

If you arrive the following day (after midnight) an additional day will be charged for parking. Extension costs per day are €20 per day.

2 people are included in the shuttle ride. An additional charge is required for each additional person. Tip: You are welcome to let your passengers get off at the airport beforehand and drive alone/as a couple to the parking area.

Leider wurde weder bei der Ankunft noch beim Abholen viel mit uns gesprochen. Bei der Rückkehr haben wir sehr lange gewartet, uns wurde der Wagen telefonisch in 15 Minuten angekündigt, nach 30 Minuten habe ich nochmal nachgefragt. Eine Erklärung erfolgte nicht. Also Nachhilfe in Kommunikation ist nötig.

Es ist sehr schade zu hören, dass die Mitarbeiter von Flugparkdus so wenig serviceorientiert aufgetreten sind und Sie zudem doppelt so lange wie angekündigt auf Ihr Fahrzeug warten mussten. Kommunikation und Höflichkeit sind die Visitenkarte eines guten Parkservices. Ihre Kritikpunkte bezüglich des falschen Telefonnummern-Eintrags und des wortkargen Personals sind für uns sehr wertvoll, um gezielte Verbesserungen voranzutreiben. The parking location was below average. Gravels so if you park far it’s really difficult to drag your suitcases until the shuttle. The shuttle driver and only person available on site was not speaking English and was late during pick up. We called him 5 times and he kept saying 10mins. We waited 50minutes. So what booking claimed that there is shuttle every 15mins is a lie. Will not book again

Bei Abholung war die mitgeteilte Rufnummer nicht mehr erreichbar. Nach einer Stunde Wartezeit sind wir schließlich auf eigene Kosten mit dem Taxi gefahren.
