Was mich überraschte, war, dass der Fahrer mir nicht beim Einladen und auch nicht beim Ausladen der Koffer ins Auto half. Ich bin 80 Jahre alt und reiste mit 2 Enkelkindern. Trinkgeld würde ich gerne geben. Überraschend ist auch, dass die Preise stark steigend sind und diese Leistung sollte man schon erwarten.

Check ear in problemlos und gut. Nach der Rückkehr gegen 15 Uhr haben wir halbe Stunde in der prallen Sonne gestanden und trotzdem waren so viele Leute mit schweren Koffern vor uns, dass es letztendlich keinen Sinn mehr gemacht hat zu warten, mit Uber waren wir dann in 10 Minuten inklusive 5 Minuten Wartezeit da. Check out war problemlos und schnell, das Problem mit dem Transfer scheint bekannt zu sein, der nette Herr an der Theke wollte das von mir gemeldete Problem"auf jeden Fall weiter gebe"
