How does shuttle parking work?

Arrival

The parking provider's open space is located at Niederrheinstraße 195, you can see the address and telephone number of the shuttle service above. Directions if you come from the West: At exit 30 Düsseldorf-Stockum towards D-Kaiserswerth/D-Zentrum/Duisburg/88/D- Leave Stockum. Then turn left onto Niederrheinstraße. Straight ahead at the roundabout drive. After about 1km, the parking area is on the right, right next to the company KKL. A44 from the east: At exit 30 Düsseldorf-Stockum towards D-Kaiserswerth/D-Zentrum/Duisburg/88/D- Leave Stockum. Take the Duisburg/D-Kaiserswerth exit onto Danzinger Straße/B8 drive. After about 1.5km turn left onto Niederrheinstrasse and immediately left again (continue on Niederrheinstrasse). After about 500m you will find the parking area on the left side, in front of the KKL company.

Important: Please take your reservation confirmation with you! Otherwise there is a possibility that the parking provider will not accept your car.

Please arrive at the drive&park parking lot approximately 3 hours before departure so that the shuttle service can take you to the airport in time with a maximum of 4 people. It can lead to a maximum Waiting time of 30 minutes. Please log in after you have your vehicle parked at check-in. This is located at the front left (opposite the stop).

Return journey

Please do not call us until you have received your luggage. We will then promptly make our way to the airport to meet you to pick up. There may be a maximum waiting time of 30 minutes.

Of course, it can always happen that you return later than planned. Please notify the parking provider directly by telephone so that they will be informed of the change. You can pay additional costs for the extended parking period directly to the parking provider on site.

Shuttle Parking
If you choose for the shuttle service, you drive directly to the car park in Lohausen on the day of departure. There you will be waiting in front of the entrance for a staff member to pick you up. A member of staff will show you where you can park. If you have parked your car yourself, you will be taken to the airport immediately by shuttle bus. The provider's shuttle buses are comfortable, air-conditioned and offer plenty of space for your luggage. You take your keys with you on the journey.

Please bear in mind that this car park is in an environmental zone and that an environmental sticker is needed.
