If you want to change or cancel your reservation before this period, login to our website via the link in your confirmation email or by using the 'Sign in' link. For changes within 24 hours of your arrival or during your reservation period, please contact the parking provider via the phone number in your confirmation email.

Are you experiencing one of these last-minute situations?

  • Last-minute cancellation: If you experienced a last-minute cancellation, please note that according to our terms and conditions, reservations starting within 24 hours or already in progress cannot be cancelled or refunded. We recommend contacting your travel insurance; your receipt is available in your Parkos account.
  • Are you currently abroad awaiting your return flight? If you are currently abroad awaiting your return flight, please contact the parking provider directly to confirm your new return date and time. Their phone number is in your confirmation email. Thank you for your understanding.
