For changes within 24 hours of your arrival or during your reservation period, please contact the parking provider via the phone number in your confirmation email.

If you experienced a last-minute cancellation, please note that according to our terms and conditions, reservations starting within 24 hours or already in progress cannot be cancelled or refunded. We recommend contacting your travel insurance; your receipt is available in your Parkos account.
