Outward journey
Reach Park-Orio by following these simple steps:
- From the A4 TORINO-VENEZIA MOTORWAY, take the BERGAMO exit
- Go past the motorway toll barrier
- At the roundabout, take the first exit and enter the highway
- After about 1 km, exit towards AEROPORTO
- Continue on the EXSS591 for about 1.2 km and follow the signs for GRASSOBBIO
- At the roundabout, turn left to enter Via Grassobbio
- Go past two roundabouts and, after about 1 km, at the traffic lights, turn left onto Via Tonale
- Continue for 400 meters and, near the Q8 service station, keep left
- Continue straight onto Via Orio al Serio and you're there!
An operator will take photos of the vehicle to record its condition. A shuttle, available based on customer needs, will take you straight to the airport. The new mandatory drop-off point for shuttles is P1 east.

After landing and collecting your luggage, call the number indicated in the confirmation email. The Park-Orio Low Cost shuttle will pick you up at the agreed meeting point.

The Prime service minimizes registration and transfer times, offering the choice between a private taxi service that takes you directly to departures or a Car Valet service, which allows you to arrive at the terminal with your car, where an operator will take care of parking. Every detail is taken care of to offer a truly "Prime" experience. In addition, Prime customers will have access to a portal to monitor their car until the moment of collection.
