Anreise sehr gut. Gleich in den Transferbus eingestiegen. Rückreise war sehr chaotisch. Zuviele Menschen zu wenige Busse. Lange Wartezeiten bis ein Bus überhaupt erlaubt hat, dass Menschen einsteigen. Die Menschen wurden von links nach rechts gescheucht. Aber ist wahrscheinlich der Urlaubszeit geschuldet. Alle waren gestresst. Darum nur zwei Punkte.

Lasst euch nicht von den 7 min Transfer täuschen. Bei mir und anderen gab es hin und zurück viel Wartezeit. Das hat einige Nerven gekostet.

War alles sehr unkompliziert und freundlich

Sehr lange Wartezeit

The arrival instructions stated that we should arrive 30 minutes in advance. However, when we arrived, we were told that we were too early and had to wait in the car. Although we reached the airport on time, we had no chance of achieving the recommended two-hour advance arrival. So, my ask is, so why 30 min before? The driver does not speak even basic English, which can be a problem for tourists from other countries. He also made very little effort to help non-German-speaking tourists understand him. After our return flight, we called the phone number provided, as instructed. Nobody answered the call and nobody called us back. After another attempt, I finally reached someone, but the same situation occurred as before departure. The driver does not speak English, which made communication extremely difficult. Eventually, using a few international words, he managed to find out whether we had luggage and informed us that he would arrive within 5 to 10 minutes. We then waited in direct sunlight for more than 20 minutes in the parking area among participants of some music party. We even had to explain to police officers why we were standing there waiting. I approached every arriving vehicle asking whether it was our driver. When I finally found our reservation in the driver’s system, we were finally able to leave. The driver asked us where we wanted to be taken, where we had parked, and mentioned several different options. I expected that, since we had booked a shuttle service, he would already have information about whom he was transporting and from where to where. Overall, the service seemed very unreliable and unprofessional. It is true that the service is inexpensive, but next time I would rather pay more and have both the departure and arrival organized comfortably and without unnecessary stress.

War soweit in Ordnung, nur wurde unsere Gruppe leider nicht gemeinsam abgeholt, wodurch sich unsere Heimfahrt ganz schön verzögert hat.
