The P4 Holiday Malpensa T1 car park boasts 1200 uncovered parking spaces connected by a walkway directly to T1. Arrive, park, keep the keys and walk to the terminal. In addition, the car park offers a free shuttle service to T2*.

*To move between the two terminals, a free shuttle service is available approximately every 15' between 04:00 and 01:30 and every 45' between 01:30 and 03:45. The shuttle stops at Terminal 1 in front of the Sheraton Hotel, ensuring easy access to the airport.

P4 Holiday Malpensa T1 is one of the eight official ViaMilano Parking facilities, making it an excellent choice for passengers departing from Terminal 1. Its primary benefit is the convenient **pedestrian connection** (walkway) that leads directly into the airport in just **4 minutes** (approximately 400 meters). Offering over **1200 uncovered parking spaces**, P4 blends convenience with cost-effectiveness.

You can keep your **car keys** with you throughout your journey. The maximum height permitted for vehicles entering the car park is **2.10 meters**.

Complimentary Shuttle Service to T2

While P4 is optimized for T1, a free shuttle bus service is provided to transfer passengers between the two terminals. The shuttle runs roughly every **15 minutes** (from 4:00 AM to 1:30 AM) and every **45 minutes** during the late night hours (from 1:30 AM to 3:45 AM). The pickup/drop-off point at T1 is located in front of the Sheraton Hotel, and at T2, the stop is in front of Gate 7 (Arrivals area).

24/7 Assistance and Disabled Parking Policy

P4 Holiday guarantees round-the-clock customer support, with an **assistance service available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week**. It is also important to know the procedures regarding free disabled parking.

Accessibility Guidelines and Recommendations

Although P4 is close, for maximum convenience and to easily activate the free airport assistance service (Sala Amica/Friendly Room), the airport recommends using:

  • Parking P2 (Level -1) for Terminal 1.
  • Parking P5 for Terminal 2.

How to Obtain Free Disabled Parking

To qualify for the parking fee exemption (free parking), you must go to the **HELP DESK terminal** (touchscreen) and upload the required documentation:

  • Parking coupon.
  • Original disabled parking permit.
  • Photo ID document.
  • Proof of travel (flight ticket).

The Help Desk terminal at **Terminal 1** is located on the Arrivals level, near Door 6, in the "Parking Help Desk - payments and assistance" area. At **Terminal 2**, the station is in the Arrivals area, also in the "Parking Help Desk - payments and assistance" section.
