Buena experiencia con el servicio. Solo debería de haber más señales para llegar hasta el aparcamiento ya que en esa zona hay más aparcamientos y cuesta un poco llegar .
Todo muy rápido y bien, la recepción correcta y amable, recomendable.
El servicio excelente. Instalaciones: no tienen los aparcamientos marcados, dejas el coche donde te indican y luego ellos lo cambian de sitio. Esto no nos gustó. Pero también es cierto que al regreso lo tenían todo perfectamente organizado para recoger el coche e irnos. El contacto con los empleados muy bien. Puntos fuertes: Eficientes y ubicación cercana al aeropuerto. Profesionales al atender tanto telefónicamente como por email (los contacté antes de hacer la reserva y me resolvieron todas las dudas al momento). Su horario: no cierran en toda la noche, así que si tu vuelo llega de madrugada, no es problema. Puntos de mejora: Cuando llegamos había sólo un chico para atender varias llegadas. Muy profesional y competente, pero creo que demasiado trabajo para una sola persona (nos recogió, atendía a llamadas, nos daba las llaves y atendía nuevas llegadas).
No nos llevaron a la T-4, nos dejaron en la T-2 y tuvimos que coger otro Transfer gratuito del aeropuerto.
