Transfer service (shuttle):
With the shuttle service you will have to drive directly to the Go Barajas facilities on the day of your trip. When you arrive at the time indicated on your reservation, leave your vehicle in the space assigned by one of the employees. Then the team of drivers is responsible for taking you to the terminal where your flight takes off. When you return to Madrid, the same vehicle will pick you up to take you back to your car. You only have to call the number you find in your confirmation email to request the collection. This is a totally free service!

Valet Parking:
With valet parking you drive directly to your departure terminal (T1, T2 or T4) on the day of your trip. About 20 minutes before arriving, you call the phone number that you find in your confirmation email to request the pick-up by your team of drivers. When you arrive at the point agreed by phone, the driver will be waiting for you. Together you will check the vehicle and give him the keys so that he can take it to the Go Barajas facilities. When you return to Madrid, call the same number once you have your luggage. Inform them that you are ready for the delivery of your car and they will come to bring it to you at the terminal that you indicate.
